I ordered a plain double cheeseburger. When I opened it up it was not plain. This happens alot same for orders are wrong im tired of always checking my food in the bag before I take off because I can't trust you to put the right food in the bag. Slow down look at the orders pay attention. If it happens again no matter how far I get im turning around & bringing it back.

went there Sunday morning at 5:55 am waited in my truck til 6:05am and the door to the lobby was locked so I waited til 6:15 and the lobby door was still locked according to the store hours they open the lobby at 6:00

It's a McDonald's. You know what to expect. I didn't go in. The car ahead of me was clearly arguing with employees. I had to back out and use the other lane. My food came fast, it was hot and despite the car ahead of me being fist waving angry the employee who served me was super nice and polite.

Rightfully deserved. My wife tonight entered the drive thru, was was in line for over half an hour. After she finally arrived at the window, she finds out our food was given to the car in front of us. When i called to voice my complaint. The manager on staff hung up on me and would not answer and of my calls. Totally disrespectful manager. There was no apoligy or anything of the sort. Just basicly told its my fault for chosing McDonalds, and hung the phone up. Thank you for another wonderful service!!!!EDIT! After 1 hour, we have finally got our order...... way to go
