Placed a delivery order on a Friday night, which I would think would typically be quite busy. My order took exactly 40 minutes. Food was hot and fresh with good quality and taste. Ordering online was very easy and the deals offered online were great. The delivery driver had great customer service and was very friendly, which made the experience that much better.

Ordered delivery, very nice on the phone, I asked for paper plates and napkins since we were at the hotel for a birthday. The driver said the cashier forgot to mention it & he quickly offered to go back and grab some for us. Thanks Pizza Hut

Waiting an hour and half for pizza to be told 3 times they needed 15 more minutes.

Chincy with marinara sauce for box of cheese bread sticks. One small cup and there was a small tease of it in there. Ordered the big box it was good. Next time I have to ask for Parmesan and crushed red pepper and napkins because they are tight and don’t offer them at the pick up window. Food was hot and fresh!
Popped into the new Pizza Hut and the staff was beyond swamped but still nice. There was a customer named Kelly being super rude and the guy handled it great.
We tried the big New Yorker and were underwhelmed with the whole pizza.

Don't stop if you're a traveler! No pizza buffet and freezing cold.Update! After twenty minutes they got it order wrong!!! Waited and additional twenty minutes. If you have a lot of time and patience, it's good pizza.
