Bright and airy, spacious restaurant, large menu, good food, reasonable prices and friendly courteous servers. On a busy Mother's Day, we were still seated quickly, got our drinks, ordered and had hot food in a short period of time. After a long morning of travel, this was the perfect late lunch. A really good burger and fries, and I am told the chicken is also excellent.

When Shawano Cafe advertises it closes at 9pm when the sign is flashing Open, it's all lies!!! Not in any advertisement does it say kitchen closes before 8:30pm!! When it says closes at 9pm it really means kitchen closes before 8:30pm and staff want to be out by or before 9pm. BAD BUSINESS!!
