I tried Subway again bc other ppl in our group liked them,but I prefer Cousins over Subway 99.9% of the time. The reason the bread at Cousins just has more flavor.

Not dressed properly, mask was not over their nose, our sandwiches were cold (yet toasted), tasted like peppers even though I didn't ask or have any peppers in my sandwich, dry and the bread crumbled all over. Tasted old and over baked. We waited a while until someone was even at the counter, the meat and veggies were all in the center of the sandwich and not evenly distributed. I will never go there again. They also did not include any napkins.

The gentleman working tonight gave us literally the most frustrating subway experience we have ever had. He didn't know how many pepperoni went on a pizza sub and repeatedly had to be asked to put veggies on before it was toasted, also asked if we wanted sauce on our sub... It's a pizza sub dear... Yes. We want sauce. ? Thank goodness there is another subway less than a mile away. Won't be going back.

The guy that cooked my sub handled cash at the register with gloves on and came back and made my sandwich without changing his gloves.
Mediocre customer service and as for sub selection, there could be some improvement. I ordered three foot long subs today and in order to get them for 5 dollars, I had to have the three toppings of lettuce, tomatoes and pickles and because we wanted cucumbers, lettuce and black olives, these were no longer $5 each, but regular price. My question is = why couldn't this offer be 3 toppings no matter what they were? I don't think the other toppings could be that much more expensive. I don't think I will be frequenting this chain anytime soon as prices are getting to expensive.

Several terrible experiences now. Last time i was there, there was one unexperienced worker that was extremely slow and obviously needed help from her manager who sat at a table looking at papers for the entire half hour i was there and a long line of customers suffered.
