The lady working the drive through is so rude! I orders big order! YOUR WELCOME!! she was very nasty to us saying we only have one cook! An we said we didn’t mind waiting for the food.. she continued saying how it will be a very long wait.. this whole time she’s being awful rude to us.. we were very kind.. we get up to pay.. an the food was ready in 2 minutes!?! No wait..

Went to taco bell this evening and had to call because they couldn't make a taco to save there life it had no lettuce or cheese only meat and when talking to manager he clamed they were made correct as you can see in picture there I no lettuce or cheese.
The past few months the places has gotten my order wrong I get take out so I do not know until I get home, I say something it goes in one ear out the other. I say no fun stripes they put them on, I say I want to tacos I get one, I say no tomato I get a bunch. This is now to the point I am done,

Passing through on my way to Green Bay. I was given the wrong order (2 quesadillas instead of the burrito meal I ordered) and didn't realize until I opened the bag on 29. I called them up and they weren't willing to issue a refund unless I drove all the way back into Shawano. Way to make your mistakes the customer's problem. Would rate a zero if possible ?.

Horrible place. Hate this Taco Bell in Shawano. Train your employees some customer service! It ruins my day with all their attitude. How hard is it to say “Have a nice day” after handing out the food.! Wish I could give 0 STARS!!

Employees are ALWAYS nice!! My chalupa was fresh and delicious! By the time I got to the window to pay my food was already done, I was very impressed!

The folks on counter are very polite. Cleaning is as consistent as can be. As for the food, who doesn't like Taco bell?
