Beautiful place but under cooked duck not once but twice on the same plate rice was flooded in blood and they didnt replace that just kept taking the meat back and forth it was delicious but a tad bit irritating my family was done eatin before I started

Reserved a table for 4, a week ahead of time, for a 5pm Friday dinner to surprise my MIL for her birthday. This place met and exceeded our expectations for food, service, and surprises! The waitress, Shelley, was very attentive to our needs and kept our waters and drinks filled and coming! She even surprised our table, and my MIL, with a cream puff cake decorated in whipped topping, sprinkles, and a lit candle for her birthday 🎂 Everyone's plates came out hot and to order and in a timely manner! I believe having a reservation was smart for a Friday evening, as the place was filling up as we were beginning to leave! With each meal we were offered the salad bar, which had all the good fixings like breadstick crackers, patè, broccoli salad, and fresh fruit! My husband enjoyed the clam chowder! My favorite was the ahi tuna crostinis we ordered as appetizers😋 The broiled walleye I ordered was perfectly seasoned and tasted fresh! The steak came out hot and to order and my MIL raved about the lobster tail and how she could order 3 more! The frog legs were also done perfectly and I took my FIL's word that they were😄 We will definitely be back and have already suggested it to friends!! Dixon’s knocked it out of the park! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, our server was friendly and made us feel right at home, and the food was absolutely delicious.
But let’s talk about those croutons perfectly crunchy, perfectly seasoned, and dangerously addictive.
I’m convinced they have magical powers because I couldn’t stop eating them. If they ever start selling them by the bag, just take my money now.

Torchlite is still the best place to eat in Shawano county! My wife and I came here 31 years ago on our first dinner date for our homecoming dance in our junior year at Marion High School. It was excellent then and it continues to be just as amazing. Great bar, salad bar and staff that truly cares about making sure you are taken care of. See you next summer!

First and last time here. So not worth it. Had reservations for four people and still waited an hour for our meals. Salad bar was very basic and our meals were not memorable at all. Waitress was also super frazzled and not very attentive. Disappointed☹️

The food was way below standards, the drinks were watered down. There were five of us ladies that travel to different places once a month. This one is for surely off our list!!!
My husband had the beef liver and onions. It was also served with bacon and au jus. He thought it was excellent. I had the 10oz ribeye. It was cooked a perfect medium rare, the meat was flavorful and delicious. The salad bar was not as big as some, but everything on it was very fresh. Our waitress was super friendly, and efficient. Drinks were good as well. We love supper clubs, and this one deserved to be rated a 5. We will definitely be back.

Food has really fallen in quality sauce for steak tips gorgonzola was like water and probably a 3rd portion of what you used to get hope it goes back to how it used to be service was great no issues on that part

I wish I had ordered the Prime Rib!!!! We have been there twice in the past 3 months. Both times, I was very happy. THEN a waitress passed me with someone's prime rib dinner!!! Getting that next visit.

In my 40 years of marriage and Dinning out extensively this was the worst ever! Walked in at 5:45 we and did not get our meal until 8:15, my steak was over cooked so I ate even later. waitress kept telling us we were next for over an hour. She felt so bad for us especially with my elderly parents but owners felt if you don’t have a reservation your second class citizens and get your food last. Yup, we were told it was because we didn’t have a reservation everyone else was served first. They should have told us that when we checked in but we were told it would be 15/20 minutes for a table. Waitress felt so bad she asked owners to help with the bill so they took off $5. Another insult. Steaks were ok but sides were awful, like how they call that ball of rubber twice baked potatoes I’ll never know. Run from this place. Shame on the owners.
