Absolutely awful, the wings were tiny, overcooked, and almost no sauce whatsoever. I will never order from here again

I can’t honestly rate you on service and atmosphere because we had a take out order. Our wings were tiny. There was no need to cut them for my small toddler as you did that for us based on how they came. Also, our to-go cup of ranch wasn’t even half full. The buffalo blue flavor was good, unfortunately we have no plans of trying it again… we expected more…

Server took forever to refill our drinks. We could see them just sitting at the bar. Food took over 40 minutes to get to our table and it was 10 wings and a patty melt…. This place needs help..

we got there at 8:30 waited to be seated, someone came and told us that the dining area was closed but we cloud seated on a high top we had 2 little kids i asked for a low table, he told us to seated by the other side passing the bar area. we waited and no one came to us at all 2 other tables came after us and they got menus, we didn't i saw servers looking at us they new we were there and still no one came to us even to offer a haig chair or anything other 3 guys were talking inside the bar area. I guess we got single out or something we ended up walking out.

Waited 10 mins to get a beer at the bar. Then, 15 mins to get her attention to pay my bill. And there were more workers than patrons. Wings came out slightly warm at best.

Sigh. First time trying BWW. Ended up doing pickup as it looked super busy. Order was to be “ready by” 7:10 so showed up at 7. It was in fact very busy and appeared to be severely understaffed. We weren’t handed our food until 7:30. By then we were so hungry we decided to just eat it in the car in the parking lot. Even then eating it right away, it was barely warm, but also overcooked. Sauces were missing, substitutions weren’t done. The carpet smelled like pee or something? But overall the atmosphere was good, entertaining and lively. The staff looked very understandably stressed. Bad management or just short on help, not sure. All I know is that was not a $45 well spent for a sampler, a chicken sandwich a couple drinks and a cheesecake.

I’ve never written a bad review and i don’t like too . unfortunately our time at this buffalo wild wings was extremely horrible . we had to seat ourselves and then the server/bartender Isabella came to us right away and we needed more time to know what we wanted to drink . it had taken her over ten minutes to come back and ask us for our drink order . we placed the drink and appetizer as soon as she came back but then it took another 10 minutes for our drink and roughly 20 minutes for the appetizer. we placed our food order and waited over 30 minutes and never got our food . we were hungry and upset so we asked for the bill and that we were leaving . they apologized and comped our drinks . when we went to pay neither of the QR codes wouldn’t allow us to pay . we had to wait for the isabella to come back our way to help us. another table next to use came in after us and order after us had gotten everything before us . they even mentioned that they thought it was disappointing that we have been waiting there so long . i am a server and understand the struggle , but it was the fact that it wasn’t busy made it even worse .
