Take out order was 10 minutes after time promised and NONE of the sauces or dressing ordered were included when I got home and checked the bag! What's chicken without the sauces! Cheese curds are a little overfried. I was looking forward to the cauliflower wings but the garlic Parmesan sauce is too spicy for me to eat. Called the restaurant, they offered to refund the sauces and provide a gift card . . .SIGH

I wanted to dine in with my husband there were plenty of tables available the host said there was a half hour wait just to be seated. Host said there was only 1 cook and he was seating tables and taking orders. Never did I get to eat left and went somewhere else

I tried going here for veterans day. I called ahead about placing an order for veterans day and the phone rang and rang. When someone did answer, I was put on hold. I waited over 10 minutes alone, just on the phone. So when I arrived, no one was at the greetong desk. I waited there again, and no one showed up. Looking around it is clear that this place is clearly understaffed. This isnt just a problem today. It seems like everytime I try to give this place a chance, its always the same thing.

First time ever and last I ordered the 6 meal deal The wings were hard over done The fries and tots were cold and hard The cheese steak was decent I had to put it all in my air fryer now the thing is when I ordered it said done by 8 I was there at 8:02 so it should have been pipping hot I stay 5 mins away had they said it was done in less time I would have came then.
The employees take FOREVER to acknowledge you! I was just there & waited 10 minutes for someone to come give us a menu & take our drink order & 2 employees looked our way & still never walked to our table. They walked to another table instead, so we got up & left. Also, the food comes out really cold.

Isabella is a terrible server. She ignored us and was rude and condescending when she finally showed up. She seemed annoyed if we asked for anything, like ketchup for the fries. I've had other servers, like Bear and Kristy, who were a lot nicer. They also closed the main seating area and were vacuuming at 9:30 to try and kick us out. They were supposed to be open until midnight. I don't like coming here because the service is generally bad, but my boyfriend loves the wings. I wouldn't mind so much if the service was consistently good OR we could sit in the booths, but the uncomfortable seating and rude service is enough to put a bad taste in anyone's mouth.
Edit: went back October 2025 to pick up food for my boyfriend, and they were prepping carrots at the HOST STAND. Yuck! Keep the food in the kitchen!

There were only high tops available but the staff accommodated us, 4 seniors, with low seating in an unused area. Our server, Heather, was excellent. She suggested another way to order what we wanted but in a less expensive manner. She was friendly, with a huge smile. This was a first time ever visit to any BWW for our friends, hard to imagine I know, and it could not have been more successful. Kudos to Heather and the team!!!
