Excellent customer service!!!! The food was great, the customer service was even better!!! Our server, Shelton, was amazing!! His personality and demeanor made us feel comfortable and welcome immediately. 5 stars!! We will definitely come again, next time we're in the area.

Kohler BWW is always way to cold (AC set to low). Always hurry to eat to get out and warm up. Food is your standard deep fried wings and stuff, Service was great.

you are better off catching a live chicken and gnawing on its ankles to get a filling VS the amount of “meat” they have on their traditional wings. Go for boneless if you want some substance.

We ate our burgers in the restaurant but I did order wings to go and they were wrong I ordered traditional bone-in wings and got boneless wings which to me are nothing but chicken nuggets but was charged for the bone in I live 2 hours away so there's no way for me to redeem this and I will never eat here again passing through and I will never recommend this restaurant to anybody

In the area for a Vintage race weekend at Road America. We got off the road and wanted something close to our motel and ended up here. Good choice!! The next day we spent the long day at the track and chose to do the same. Somehow, some way ended up in the same young girls (Emma) section again. A+ The 3rd day was the charm...the world could use more young folks like this. BW's is lucky to have her on the payroll.

No chain will ever get over a 1 star but i came here to say, the worker named Bear is the best!! And the grilled(5) chicken tenders are the best!!! A lot of pepper but thats what made em good! Very good tendys

We had the boneless wings and they tasted burnt. 3 different types. It was like having pebbles in your mouth. The sauce covered it so you couldn't really see. Chicken inside was OK but the taste was horrible. I never send food back, so my kids and I tried to eat some but it was 60 dollars basically wasted. The sides were good though so we ate that. Don't recommend unless you wanna eat burnt grill bits or enjoy licking the bottom of your oven.

Wasn't even crowded, long wait for table menu and then drinks at that. Longer wait for food. At a mostly empty restaurant. Ordered bbq ranch wings. They tasted like they were doused in pickle juice. I dont know what about bbq ranch screams pickle juice. Disgusting. Im also allergic to dill seed. I didn't even eat a wing, I had to spit it out on initial taste. Then was fought on removing it from the bill. I will not be back.

There was no food for over an hour so we ended up just leaving and the manager just said “okay” and never so much as apologized.

Service has been absolutely awful every time I've come here. If you wanna wait 50+ minutes when there are only other 5 tables, this is an excellent place to go. Do not recommend. Floors are also constantly slippery and no wet floor signs are present anywhere.

We were seated right away. We waited at least 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us when they were only five other tables in the restaurant with occupants. We decided to move to the bar instead of a table. We waited another 9 minutes at the bar before someone acknowledged us. Turns out the bartender had been talking with another employee the entire time. Another employee asked if we had been served. We had not. That employee went into the back and got the bartender who took our order. The food was good, and came out in a timely manner. Probably won't go back due to the discourteous customer service
