To put it bluntly, They just plain suck. Can't get orders right for take out ever. Incompetency is their norm. Just lazy not to check orders for accuracy. It's called bad customer service, bad management and the norm here. Food isn't that good to begin with. Won't be going back or using their take out ever. But it's part of the substandard Sheboygan parade of bad resteraunts, just another one. Not good, but in Sheboygan it's all there is. Moreover the same crap.

To go order. Salad dressing missing and steak was ordered medium rare - received too raw to even eat except around the edges. Had to ask for plastic ware and napkins

When we stopped in there was 4 of the 10 to 12 tables in the bar area taken, we asked for a high top table which there was 2 of 3 available and were told that they didnt have any available and it would be a long wait. I pointed out to the hottest that 2 of the 3 were not occupied. She responded by telling that the waitress couldn't handel and more tables the 5 in the bar area was the most she could. I agreed to wait till we could be seated at the high top table. After about 5 minutes she told us our table was ready amd started to lead us to a regular table. I stopped her and restated we wanted a high top in the bar area. She again told us it would be a long wait. I again said thst would be fine. She reenter all my info and phone number. Over the next 5 minutes several other people walked in and sat down in the bar area. The host then turned to us and told us that she could seat us. I mentioned that no one had left and actually several other people sat at the bar that the waitress in the area helped and I didn't understand what changed or why she made us wait 5 more minutes for a table and no one had left, and that infact more people were over there. She seemly was at a loss to why and just asked which table we would like. Other then that, the food was great our server was friendly nothing special, most of the time she was in the back. What really seemed even more puzzling to me is as we sat there and ate, all but one table filled up with still just this one waitress that 30 minutes ago could handel more than 5 tables at once, was now helping double that and a full bar. I ordered the triple pick, with the sliders and fiesta egg rolls all was really good. My daughter ordered the brisket quesadilla, the brought out chicken ones, we had to have them table them back, they then did bring out the brisket ones and my daughter enjoyed them. My son ordered a sirloin which he thought was a little over done and had little flavor and his broccoli was hard and cold. Over all my food was good my son's not so goo, but didn't really expect much for a 16 dollar sirloin nor did they surprise. Other then that the rest of the food was really good. Service mediocre, our waitress provided a minimum level of service amd interaction performing what i would expect as the least service possible without being bad. Stopped by to take dri m ks, then our orders once to correct my daughter food then to providenus the bill. No real conversation or pleasantries. Just basic order taker type service. Overall nothing outsiding, just uhm service and food.

I travel a lot for work and I mean a lot. This is by far the best experience I have had in months. I don't go to places to be served but the level of service here is unreal. The hostess opened the door for us when we walked in and had a great conversation. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive. The food was fantastic. If I did not live 6 hours away from here I would come here regularly.

Let me tell you. That chilis 3 for me deal is awesome!! For 4 people including tip it was less than $100. The burgers are a great size. The loaded potato soup is delicious!!! We had full bellies along with doggie bags. Service was wonderful!! Attentive, caring and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!!

I ordered the full rack of ribs and had asked for honey chipotle and the server told me that they don’t do that anymore so I just got regular barbecue sauce. Ribs came to me completely dry with no barbecue sauce on but they gave me the sauce on the side. Wouldn’t let me order honey chipotle ribs but gave me my bbq sauce on the side anyways so…. make it make sense??? So then I COULD’VE ordered honey chipotle if you were just gonna give me sauce on the side; why tell me that I couldn’t? SOOOO WEIRD and annoying! 😡😒
