I ordered take out, it was a triple dipper. I ended up messing up one of the orders (my bad). I called the restaurant a couple minutes before closing to ask if they could fix it. The man on the phone was more than wonderful and went to talk to his boss to change the order. I really appreciated his kindness and how convient they made it for me. 5 starts and thanks for being a great restaurant.

Always love the menu they have here. Their burgers are amazing. The steak and shrimp was perfect. Their appetizer sampler is delicious. Service is always good everyone I go here. It’s definitely one of my favorite place to eat in Sheboygan. Would I go eat here again? Definitely!

We go once a month for the last year since my kids have moved into their own homes as adults. We have always had great service always same great Hispanic waiter.
We returned last night usually we come a group of 7-12 last night was 7
We had seen a whole new staff of boys we have never seen. Who the whole time only cared about chatting with each other than the service. Waited multiple times for drinks hair cooked into the chips disgusting. No toilet paper in 2 stalls paper towel all over bathroom. Chicken sandwich and burgers over cooked and dry only decent thing was the sides. Everyone was frustrated. Everything was just way off last night I can’t stress how disappointed we all were. It was never like this before but it employees have time to gossip and sit with buddies they have time to check on customers food and bathrooms. Sheboygan falls Kohler location

We ate at the tall tables and the bar the food was awesome. The bartender/waitress was fun had a good time.
They made 6 of us wait more than an hour for a table. It wasn't packed at all. They could have put 2 tables together. My cousin had to send his steak back 3 times. That was after they switched his and my aunt's surf and turf. Terrible service and a waiter walking by me with a look that I'm in his way as we waited for a table. Tonight my aunt went in there to pick up food. You have to tip somebody if you don't use cash. Why would you tip someone when you pick up your own food? Not going here again.

No matter which Chili's you visit, the food is always good! Our waiters was a very pleasant person.
Ordered takeout. Packaging was flimsy and uninsulated so the food was cold upon delivery. It was a to go order so naturally, I would think, a restaurant would include to go utensils for a steak and mashed potatoes however that was not the case. Horrible meal for a total of 30 dollars paid. Definitely will choose somewhere else moving forward
