I've never had an issue here. MAYBE they used to be slower at the register in the past? But they have things pretty streamlined now. I live in the area and stop here occasionally to pick up ice cream for my wife or get myself a Flamethrower burger.
I went in once asked for no tomato on my Flamethrower burger, and then asked for a 2nd sandwich. A really nice Indian guy (he wears a beanie sometimes) came out from the back and asked if I meant to get no tomato on both sandwiches. He was right - nice save! Really good team working there now.

Whoever resurfaced your parking lot did a garbage job. Ask for your money back immediately. Never go with the cheapest bid.
This place just isn’t the same. New owners are super rude. I’ve seen them wipe ice cream off my cup with their finger, blizzards are never mixed, and they don’t honor the flip rule that most Dairy Queen’s have.
