Ordered a cake online for pickup that detailed the happy birthday message. When picking up, the cake had the wrong message and the guy said “uh sorry. I didn’t look at the message” 🙄

If you’re visiting this Facebook page, I think I know why. Yes, you just visited the worst Dairy Queen on the face of planet Earth. It looks like all life left 11 years ago. We came through hoping for a late night frozen treat and what I was greeted with was a soupy blizzard not turned upside down or even offered that then stained my shorts and my car seat because never have I been handed a blizzard that was in liquid state. I very loudly exclaimed that this blizzard was soup and just stained my shorts and seat, and the worker in the drive-through just looked up at the screen, pretending to do something else when there was no one else in the drive-thru. When we got home (4 min drive) my boyfriend opened his blizzard which SPLASHED EVERYWHERE ON THE COUNTER AND FLOOR. Yes. SPLASHED.
I would rather drive to Plymouth in Gail force winds or 10 feet of snow than go to THIS Dairy Queen again.

They open at 9:30. It is 11:30 now. Myself and another customer were completely ignored. Employees saw us but were cleaning tables instead of helping us. In addition there was a rather creepy employee just kinda hanging around the bathroom.
