We go once a month for the last year since my kids have moved into their own homes as adults. We have always had great service always same great Hispanic waiter.
We returned last night usually we come a group of 7-12 last night was 7
We had seen a whole new staff of boys we have never seen. Who the whole time only cared about chatting with each other than the service. Waited multiple times for drinks hair cooked into the chips disgusting. No toilet paper in 2 stalls paper towel all over bathroom. Chicken sandwich and burgers over cooked and dry only decent thing was the sides. Everyone was frustrated. Everything was just way off last night I can’t stress how disappointed we all were. It was never like this before but it employees have time to gossip and sit with buddies they have time to check on customers food and bathrooms. Sheboygan falls Kohler location

I got a delivery through the website and it didn’t come, and since DoorDash delivered I called them and they weren’t able to give me my money back since I delivered on the website so I needed money from it’s just wings. They are unresponsive and even are unresponsive to DoorDash themselves

Address is wrong on maps. Took me 30 minutes out of the way and used up all my lunch time and a waste of gas. Food got cold. No mention on here that it’s inside of Chilis
Been to the Brookfield one several times. Great choices, less expensive than the 'fine' dining, but just as fine - a comfort meal for sure. One of my sis in laws favorites is the Cajun Chicken noodle dish - ask for extra sauce! The margaritas are awesome too!
