There is always someone there that's super awesome, like the guy that took my order today. There is always someone who is trying to make the cashier that clearly could use some guidance to up charge on bacon that's included in the club sub.
I appreciate their gluten free bread. Its the only reason I pay for their food. But its worth the treat for the boys and I.

I really hate giving this location a two star rating because normally the service and food is great. Not today. The gentleman who took the order and rang it up provided excellent customer service. The person who made the sandwich did not. The bread happened to be cut very thin on the bottom and very thick on the top. The gentleman lined up the bread correctly but the other associate cut bread for another order in reverse and mixed up the bread for the orders. I ended up with a sandwich with two slices of bread so thin that it couldn’t hold the contents and fell completely apart. I actually took the contents and put it on bread that I had at home. It’s difficult to pay $11 for sandwich meat! What made it worse was the way the associate treated the customers. I recognized her rudeness was not solely directed at me. She was rude to everyone. Y’all need to do better!

Chicken salad is my new favorite. Hopefully it makes its way on permanent menu. Stopped at 8:15 to order. As worker was cleaning, started slamming stuff to make my order. Totally unexeptable. Very unprofessional.

Love their subs! I love that they put an oil and vinegar blend on their sandwiches. A bit pricey so I don't eat here too often, but certainly worth the price for the amount and quality of the food.

Went to the sheboygan location Tuesday November 19, and the service was absolutely excellent, clean, and all the staff was extremely accommodating.. and the food was excellent. Good bye cousins, subway, and Jimmy John's, this will be my go to.

First time visiting. Disappointed to say the least. I had a coupon and asked what qualified and the person was snotty with the answer. Whatever as long as it's a regular sub. I asked does a club count? He said if it's a regular sub. I don't know what that means. Each sub place is different. He seemed a bit annoyed with the questions I had. Next person asked me (super quietly) if I wanted it the mikes way. Again, didn't know what that was. So I asked and didn't understand him. So I told him I can't hear you. He rolled his eyes and said "the mikes way" okay .. still not answering my question. But figured I'd try it. Turns out the mikes way means Covered in oil that will drip all down your shirt when eating. Cool. Noted. Sub was mediocre. It was messy as heck. Would I go here again? Probably not. Customer service needs alot of work.
