No major issues, accurate order, fresh fries. Only issue was the line being a bit too slow after ordering. Maybe a traffic increase at the time of my visit.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but tonight’s experience was unacceptable and a concern for anyone who cares about food safety.
My husband and I went in to try the new Grinch meal. The Sheboygan Falls location is usually slow in the lobby, they neglect the lobby and really only care for the drive thru so I expected a little wait however, what my husband saw was just wrong. While we were waiting, he saw a worker walk out with two bags, then two customers come back inside and return the same bags of food. Mistakes happen, so I didn’t think much of it at first.
When my order from the kiosk wasn’t coming out, I asked about it. The woman who appeared to be the manager handed me the two bags that were sitting under the heat lamp. I specifically asked her if this was the same food the other customers had brought back, and she insisted it was not, saying, “My people would never do that.”
When I got to the table and opened the bag, there was a crinkled straw wrapper inside clearly showing that this bag had already been handled by someone else.
At that point, I realized the manager had lied directly to my face. Not only was my order very slow, but apparently they are willing to give out food that was previously returned. That is a health concern and completely unacceptable.
Because of this experience, my husband and I will not be returning to this location. I’m sharing this so others are aware please double check your food. Returned orders should never be given to the a customer, and customers should never be lied to when they ask a direct question.
This location has lost my trust.

I ordered a cheeseburger, no onions, XTRA pickles... it came with one singular pickle and like 5 little pieces of onion on it, which just seems a bit intentional. I see u mcdonalds... u sneaky

I pulled into the McDonald's parking lot, easily finding a spot near the entrance. Walking inside, I noticed it wasn't too busy, with a few families and some people working on laptops. The familiar smell of fries and burgers filled the air. I ordered my usual McChicken and small fries, grabbing a seat by the window. The food arrived quickly, hot and fresh. It was the classic McDonald's experience - nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. As I ate, I watched the cars go by, appreciating the simple, familiar comfort of this fast-food staple.
They push every body out of the drive thru and make them Park so that they can say that they have fast drive-thru times. I waited 11 minutes for a double cheeseburger. This place is horrible.

Don’t eat here unless you want to wait around for 30 mins to get an order through the drive thru or curb side when it’s completely dead inside. Every single time I come here, it’s the same issue. Always waiting. What’s the point of ordering online if you wait longer than you would if you ordered inside and sat down. I’ve come here a handful of times in the last year and literally it’s the same problem every time. I will be taking my money and business else where and letting everyone know to not waste their time at this specific location.

I moved from Kiel to Sheboygan Falls, WI a year ago. Every single darn time I go there my food is always cold! You know how you look forward to McDonald’s fries? Well, don’t get your food there. The fries are disgusting disappointment. I hate cold food. Especially went you can’t eat it.

The food was not good. the quarter pounder was burnt and definitely tasted burnt. Big Mac bun was hard and was cold, one pickel, that's all it had. Fries smelled and tasted like they were cooked in weeks old oil. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I miss the days when people took pride in their jobs and the food they made. It's sad that this particular McDonalds has gone downhill on quality and service. It's in a great location!! They are not giving Sheboygan Falls a good reputation.
