Been to this establishment many times and have begun to hate it . They make my frappe fine except the extra whipped cream part . The whipped cream is never firm and well how Starbucks whipped cream is known for . This whipped cream is either soft and doesn’t hold its shape or it taste like pure vanilla extract

Starbucks is Starbucks. It does and looks like Starbucks. Not much to report. Clean, friendly staff. They had all the new and apparently exciting things that people like. I just get a good hot dark brew plain nothing fancy.

Very annoyed that this Starbucks does not take cash, I waited in line and asked that 10 could get added to my app which I was then told they don't accept cash so I had to step out of line and try to add a debit card to my account it took me 15 min to get a coffee that should have taken less than 5. The lines for the register that the lady suggested I go to were all the way down the isles. Next time I'll just drive to a different place. I should have just left.

Jul 29, 2023. Love the caramel crunch frap and most of the counter servers are well mannered. However, when my order was ready, the server who brought my drink over, slide the cup hurriedly across the counter and threw the straw on the counter, and went back browsing her phone. Needless to say, a bit taken back despite not really expecting best service but did hope for a more well mannered service.
The staff interacted with my children allowing them to have a more enjoyable visit which as a parent always makes your day better.

STARBUCKS: Bella i think her name was, very rude. declined to remake my drink and made me open the lid for her to fix it. and cashier who took my order. also rude. didn’t get her name, she had white hair an older lady. very disappointed cause i come to that starbucks almost every day but they ruined my experience for the first time ?

Starbucks! The ladies in my family are big fans. They enjoy getting their Pumpkin Spice Lattes around the fall. I don’t mind a Carmel Macchiato from time to time myself.
