Stopped here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised, the bbq pulled pork was delicious and reasonably priced! Owner was friendly and helpful, and the interior was nicer than I was expecting. Definitely worth the stop!

Looking for something different while up in sheboygan, didn't want pizza, burgers, Mexican or Chinese. Some restaurants didn't stick out Art's popped up, reviews seemed promising. Let's do it. Must be working on the interior of the restaurant but don't mind that the food speaks for itself! Beef brisket 10/10 Mac and cheese 100/100 it was fantastic.

Art's BBQ is a hidden gem! Made a quick lunch stop on a Sunday on the way through town...the place was empty and I can't figure out why. The 2 gentlemen working were very friendly and polite. The food was delivered to our table piping hot after a very short wait. The beef brisket was very tender and juicy. The pork ribs were juicy and fell off the bone. The mac & cheese was thick and cheesey. The seasoned beans could have used more seasoning but were still good. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Sheboygan.

Visited Art's for an early take-out dinner. Had a Pulled Pork Dinner. It comes with 2 sides. The pulled pork is excellent. Smoked just right, it was a mix of mostly tender pork and just a bit of the crispy outer layer of goodness. The sauce is a light southern vinegar type with a touch of tang. It is light and tasty good. The slaw also was "real good." His prices are very reasonable. I am going back soon.

I never knew they sold their meat by the pound. Stopped in yesterday and thought I'd ask. (Turns out the menu and pricing I found online isn't totally up to date, so it's probably better for others to call ahead). They were low in stock and even though I was disappointed that I had to come back again today to get what I wanted and there was a little confusion between all of us with my order, it was well worth it!! My boys were very excited when I brought it home for supper tonight, and I'm excited that I'll be able to make the meat stretch for multiple meals. We love Arts BBQ brisket and pulled pork, but we've never tried the ribs or chicken - very good also! I've tried the peach cobbler before and it was good, but this time it was WAY better! It had some lemon flavor that made a great balance between the sweet peaches and a citrus zing.
