2nd time there for muffins, they were out so I got a bagel. Choices for bagels were limited and only 2 choices for cream cheese. The counter was dirty and the place wasn’t kept up like it used to be. Only 1 customer in the store and I know why. The help there kept saying he’ll have muffins on Wed. Of course because that’s when they’ll have a deal on muffins. Place has really gone downhill. I won’t be back to the Sheboygan store

I am someone who rarely leaves any reviews but I felt like this was necessary. On Google your store says it’s open at 6 AM which means it’s open at 6 AM. There has been multiple times of this last week alone that I have tried to go to the facility and they’re closed. I understand staffing can be short. Things like this happen, but when it’s consistently it gets disappointing. On 3/28 they so happen to be open, so I stopped by to get a bagel. The gentleman working was amazing and very fast and customer oriented. However it was only him and very clearly he needed help with the amount of bagels and or menu options you have if you open up at six it’s expected that everything if not almost everything would be ready by six and this poor gentleman was running around like a bat out of hell trying to get everything ready. Well customers came in one after one after me there was about five continuous customers each coming in. this poor man was trying to get everything set up while taking customer orders. This is poor management in my view. I’m not sure if this gentleman was a manager or not but even if he was the store owner should have been there if you can’t keep a store open or keep it staffed CORRECTLY. close it or keep it closed, until you have the correct staffing. Like I said the food was great, but I don’t want to support a store that doesn’t support their employees and their mental health

This place is awesome. I work at Verizon next door and I always stop in for their very popular cream cheese muffins. They know my food preferences out of the hundreds of customers they see. When they are all sold out of my favorites, they are quick to make me something else and most times, they don't charge me if that happens.
They are very friendly and speedy. Absolutely awesome staff.

Charged an extra 3% for using a debit card because I didn’t pay with cash. But yet if you go to an ATM also charged $3.00 to take out money? No win win here. Make sure to bring cash around everywhere and hope you don’t get robbed or lose it. No wonder chains exist because they don’t charge the extra 3%.

Stopped here today while visiting family in town. Food was good, employees were friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. The employee knew my grandparents order before it was ordered. If that isn't amazing service I don't know what is. I would absolutely recommend this locally owned business.

Decided to try Big Apple Bagels out and I was very glad I did in the end! Can't comment on the building or service as I got a delivery order but the delivery driver was quick and friendly so no complaints there! Food wise I enjoyed everything I got. Muffin, doing, Bagel, Bagel sandwich and normal sandwich with chips, and dessert were great and well worth trying out in the end! My only complaint was they got my drink wrong but it wasn't too bad really! No other complaints other than the drink one, try them out if you're in the mood for bagelly goodness!
I am a doordasher. Yesterday I accepted an order for BAB. When I arrived the order was ready. The drink was so full that when I picked it up it started coming out the top and making a mess. I asked the owner(who was the only one there) to help fix it. He poured some out and the whole cup was all full of soda. I asked him to whip it off and his response was" maybe if you guys showed up on time" I was across the street at cousins when I accepted the order and was there less then 5 minutes after accepting. I mentioned the soda being to full once again and he threatened to have me blocked from picking up orders. He was very unprofessional and told me to get a real job. I was very disappointed. Very unprofessional and terrible service!?

Enjoy the disgusting runny eggs and flavorless sausage, along with one coworker not dressed at all for work in sweatpants and a hoodie in 80 degree weather who was just eating with what i assume is her boyfriend in the dining area. Not professional at all. Les not mention the amazing ambiance of a dirty cluttered kitchen and the opioid rescue kit pinned the the wall. I used to love this place, its obvious the lack of care from staff and upper management has taken its hold on this place.
