Went into this location to employees were having a meeting in a booth near the front two other employees were in the kitchen I stood at the counter nobody came to help so I yelled hello one of the employees looked at me but did not respond I finally walked out

It was horrible when I went inside. This was about 1:35 pm when i entered and a “dude” there was just messing with the cash register knowing that was there waiting for 10 minutes then I left!

Can I take away stars??? They have a very dirty place. I couldn't believe how filthy inside it looks. Besides that our order took forever when it wasn't even busy. Probably had only 5 people in line all waiting for food. Messed up our order. And as we had ordered soda the machine was completely empty except for the teas and water available. While eating here another customer was complaining about her order and workers cussed her our. 🙄

I have ordered from this branch many times, usually end up missing at least 1 item that i paid for. Stopped going for a while as it happens so often. Gave them another chance today and it’s still the same thing, i cant help but believe this something they do intentionally. Im done buying from BK. Going to take my business elsewhere as i am done with paying for food i do not receive. If i do change my mind and decide to go back again i will have to try ordering my food 1 item at a time to prevent them from skipping out on something.

Ordered a Whopper with no tomatoes, got one with tomatoes and no ketchup. Not worth the time of hassle to go back to fix it. I think I’m done trying. Nice knowing you BK…

There was only one person working. The entire place looks dirty, not just messy, but deep down dirty. Makes you wonder just how well they clean the kitchen. Better have a four wheel drive vehicle with lots of clearance just to use the parking lot.

The entire place looks dirty, not just messy, but deep down dirty.
Makes you wonder just how well they clean the kitchen.
Better have a four wheel drive vehicle with lots of clearance just to use the parking lot.
