It was clear tonight that this "Burger King" was lacking, extremely short staffed and the manager clearly displayed signs of over stressed because he couldn't and had a hard time performing his own job... as three employees that I seen used valgure language... the inside dinning area was sicking to, dirty, and dispenser were not filled... the regional manager needs look into this

Placed a mobile order and was told it was checked in. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru I had to show the person my PHONE to prove my order. They took a picture of my screen and made me pull around while they then made my order, so obviously it took another 10 minutes. Then I was advised the ONLY drink they had was Diet Coke. This is the first time I've given this one a shot (not a huge burger king fan but it was right here) and I absolutely regret it. Avoid at all cost. This place is terrible.

I would give this restaurant a minus zero if I could the manager so to say that would not give me her name was the most rudest customer service I've ever encountered. First of all the line was slow. Fine, I wait and then I ask excuse me how much longer is this going to be? And then the manager tells me it's going to be a couple more minutes and I wanted to let her know that I was on a timeline. I just wanted to know how much longer and she said rudely that she is training two people and she only has one person taking orders for the lobby and told me that I could take my business elsewhere if I didn't want to wait and that I had to stop yelling at her. At that point I was not yelling at her. She told me she was going to call the police on me I was trying to back out asking the customer behind me if he could please move so I could get out and she came back over the mic telling me to stop yelling at her customers and I told her to mind her own business and that she was the rudest person that I have ever had to encounter and I would never be back to this restaurant ever again. Sad for management and I did ask her what her name was and she said it was none of my business and I said it is my business because I will be calling and she said that her boss's name was Tara. Shame on this business having this lady as a manager that won't even give her name

I forgot how good Burger King's BK Big Fish is and also their wonderful Whopper with cheese....the pricing was very reasonable compared to other places of this type. ..I would absolutely recommend Burger King.

I went through the drive through hoping just to get a quick meal but when I was talking with the man behind the speaker he seemed a bit annoyed. I shrugged it off just thinking he had a bad day until I got to the window and he started treating me as if I was a nuisance. He had an attitude with me and gave me dirty looks all throughout our interaction. The man was constantly on his phone or not even paying attention while I was asking how much longer my food was. I wasn't rude about it I just really find it uncomfortable the way this employee treated me.
