Please don't order delivery from here. He doesnt start orders until drivers arrive constantly costing them money by having to wait. Order from any other place and you'll have your food when you expect it.

This place has definitely stepped up there game in recent years. I'd give it another shot. Glad we did...beef fried rice was on point. Food was ready and hot. Got some calenders too! It's the little things .. Chinatown kitchen is definitely back on the list for the rotation of takeout restaurants in Sheboygan

Unfortunately it's a no for me now. I work from home so I ordered a few lunch entrees a few weeks ago. I ordered online at the top of the hour and it said 20-25 min wait. No problem, at all. I got to the restaurant a little late. My order wasn't even ready - not even started! One of the employees told me 10-15 min. Ok, hopefully it's fast because I have a meeting at 1 p.m. I'm waiting. Between 12:45-12:50 I asked if my food is ready because I have to go back to work. The guys says five minutes. I say, I'll take whatever is ready because I have to get back to work. He's like a few minutes. Either I'm walking out now or you can just give me what's ready. It's fine. He says take a soda. No, sir. Soda doesn't work because I made the online order almost one hour ago. 20% off. We settled for 15% off. This isn't the first time my orders are late. It's usually more like 30-45 min.late. My food only tasted ok. Sorry, not coming back anymore.

I was asked what my order is six times after I ordered it. The thing is that I don't care because I understand that they're busy on the one night that the other Chinese restaurant is closed. I just got the most tender beef I've ever had from any restaurant ever. That includes high end steakhouses. The beef in my beef lo-mein was so tender that BUTTER could cut it. The Lo Mein was absolutely spectacular and I really don't care that it took quite a while to get my order out. The service is great. It's an asian family and the 阿姨 is clearly leading and cooking a lot of the food, which means it's automatically going to be amazing. I haven't been here in several years because I thought China Star was better, but these guys have really stepped up their game. This is clearly the best Chinese food in Sheboygan county.

Very nice staff Food had decent flavor, the general taos was on the sweet side and I'm not used to that. Rice was great
The food was delicious all except the chicken wings. They tasted as if they were cooked in old burnt oil. Almost ruined my appetite for the rest of my meal.

We got $75 in food. We normally do China star, but it was closed so figured try something new. MISTAKE! First off eggrolls massive, but massively smelt and tasted like chemicals was not expecting it, first person to bite in instantly spit it out and got sick! Spring rolls had a slight chemical smell and taste too. The meals were all funky tasting. Oddly the dumplings was the only thing eddable of it all. Tried calling no answer and per reviews I doubt they would do anything anyways. I had low expectations going in but was hoping to be proved wrong instead proved I should of lowered my expectations even more. Will NOT order again and do NOT recommend them at all!

Got delivery. Hot food and faster time than expected. Solid food and price 👍
6 Month follow up: Still my go to Chinese when I wanna order something for delivery. Only had food come late once, and the driver was very apologetic. Always hot, never had a messed up order. Would recommend crab Rangoons, Shrimp and vegetables and any fried rice. Been a pleasure to be a customer and look forward to ordering in the future!
Edit 2: They stole my credit card information (actually twice which is why I know it's them). Real shame since as stated above I love the food.
