This was the best ice cream I’ve had in a while. The girl who was working on Sunday night september 14th all by herself did an amazing job making my ice cream. I got the size “love it” and I sure did love it. It was perfectly mixed and great topping amount. She even complimented our outfits when they were very cute and no one else except this girl said anything to us all day about them. Go to cold bones creamey

Staff were friendly and the store was super neat. The Founder’s Favorite here made me cheat on my first love, Chocolate icecream 🍫. Too good!!! Even the chocolate tasted way better than what I’ve had at other Coldstone stores. Highly recommended!!!

Stopped in late last night for a sweet treat, and Cold Stone definitely delivered! The coffee lover’s signature dish hit the spot and is my new favorite. What made my visit over the top though, was the warm and fun service of the amazing women making my ice cream, Rose! Professional, fast, funny, and informative. Rose was the whole package! She is what made my experience at Cold Stone a great one and the reason I will be coming back. Thank you for being an awesome person Rose, and thank you for the Coffee ice cream Cold Stone!

The place was super clean, and the staff were all smiles.Tried a few scoops and they were all crazy good.I ordered a banana caramel crunch,enjoyed the flavor of banana and caramel in each bite. The Coffee house Crunch cake is a game-changer. Fresh, good coffee flavor with the perfect crunch—pure dessert bliss. Already planning my next treat run!
The chocolate ice cream deserves a special mention. I've been to their other branches, but the version at this location is on another level. It was noticeably richer and creamier—you can really taste the superior quality!

I thought Cold Stone was just okay. The ice cream was good—sweet and satisfying—but the service was a bit uneasy. When asked about gluten, the staff member said whey protein had gluten which seemed weird because they literally work with that stuff all the time. On a warm day, that creamy scoop did offer a little joy. 🍨
Rose and Aarna provided exceptional service! They went above and beyond and were so kind and friendly. Would definitely visit again thanks to these awesome ladies!!!

I'm giving them only 3 stars because the ice cream is always good of course. But today when I went in there was a manager training a new employee. The manager didn't wear gloves but made the trainee wear gloves. Neither the manager or trainee, crushed up and of the ingredients in my ice cream. I did not have a good experience

This location is a poorly run business. First, the employee in the back peeked around the corner and hid from us when we first walked in. We weren't served until his "trainer" encouraged him to come out. Then he forgot what size we ordered...three times. Then our quart container was covered in ice cream and rather than cleaning it for us, he pointed at the self serve napkin dispenser. Then he didn't seem to know how to run a gift card. Truly, one of the worst customer service experiences of our lives.
