This place used to be so good. Now you have to pay extra for double portion just to get a decent amount of ingredients. It's not worth the money anymore. We will be buying from Jersey Mike's from now on.

I ordered a chicken cheddar deluxe sub. For $8.99 it came with a whopping two pieces of chicken lunch meat, 2 slices of bacon, and one slice of cheddar. The most underwhelming, unsatisfying sub I've ever had. If I could negatively rate it, I would.

I stopped in for one of their delicious sandwiches. They have such fresh delicious bread and ingredients. I had a Classic sub with ham, turkey and cheese. It was so good, and so much better than the Sub*** sandwiches I had been getting. Fresh stuff really does make the difference.
Also got the chili which was absolutely delicious! Most chili lacks flavor or is way too spicy. This had just the right amount of everything, and NO noodles (that's Chili Mac, which I don't like). 😕
Prices are reasonable and there's a nice sit down area if you choose to eat there. I took mine to go, and service was super quick.
I lived in the Chicago area for the last 15 years, and even though they had great sandwich places, Cousins Subs is still my favorite.
Everybody here is super friendly very clean location. Highly recommend.

I love cousins. Have for decades. This particular location doesn't seem to understand holding temperatures for soup. Every single time I order it, it's lukewarm. They obviously don't stir it, so the top half cools down. Please deal with this. This is basic stuff, and you could end up sending folks to the hospital.

Every time I order from here there’s a mistake. This time I ordered the chicken bacon cheddar cheese steak. No bacon on the sandwich, it was wet like the meat came out of a plastic bag, and it had no seasoning to it at all. Wife’s sandwich only had meat on half of it and 1/2 of a piece of cheese. Ordered on the app and pre tipped hoping that would generate some quality but of course not. Not sure if ownership changed with the location change but this place has gone down hill.
