I had a great experience at this Culver's. One of the workers, Gavin, was really understanding and helpful. As this was my third or fourth visit, I struggled to pick something off of the menu but Gavin gave great suggestions based on what I liked and my price range. I nearly thought this guy was the manager! Definitely coming back soon, the workers make this place wonderful 😁

Complete rip off don’t trust this place whatsoever their portion sizes change depending on what you order. If you order two of one thing they’ll give you half the portion split between two so that they can get away with more profit they don’t care about their customers. I do not recommend this location whatsoever. I was treated very poorly I was only given a half refund ridiculous considering the embarrassment of them taking the food away from me. The manager took the whole tray and placed it in front counter so everyone could see very disappointed after all the money I spent at this location nothing but regret and remorse. I will no longer be doing business with this company.

I used to come here several times a week but my last couple orders for "Curdside" pickup i sat waiting 15 minutes after check in to find employees silence the I am here and leave people having to come in and wait even longer. Then when brought to Management I was apologized to and told of coupons being mailed to me...it's been over 2 weeks and nothing. Poor Service and Management is what I and a few others at time of pickup have found. I will no longer come here.

The only problem we had was they did not listen about crispy onion rings not put down once but kept in longer so that they are crispier It was fine but there were mistakes made even on the burgers normally this does not happen there so I hope it gets better and people get trained better because everything was on the receipt properly but the order wasn't correct.
Parking: There are three locations in our city that I am aware of #1 is off of the exit highway 28 you have to drive about a mile into town and it would be on your left side of the road basically across the street from the dealerships. The #2 is on South Taylor drive near where festival food is and a shoe company there is a bank there as well as a strip mall. #3 is gotten to from the highway 23 you will run into a Texas Roadhouse if you keep going straight West from the exit ramp you will find it very easily it is on a corner and Texas Roadhouse is right next to the highway Culver's a little further away. first exit from the highway I believe there is still one on South Taylor drive if you want your onion rings or your French fries crispy tell them to drop them twice they will then be crispy and way better I can't stand french fries that aren't crisp on the outside and are ick on the inside the onion rings probably don't need to be down twice. The the mozzarella sticks really good as well as the onion rings and the French the sandwiches are amazing I like the double bacon cheeseburgers fried chicken sandwich I don't know if they have any fish patty burgers but they have got an awesome regular butter burger with nothing but the butter on it I do not have anything but ketchup and mustard on my sandwiches except the double bacon cheeseburger has nothing on the sandwich but some mayonnaise then I put on ketchup myself and it's good that way with the butter burgers usually when we go we get it for everyone for their sandwiches the next we get the family sized mozzarella sticks french fries and onion rings
Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair access there has never been a problem for me but for other stores and places to eat in our city they honestly are one of the best places to get into I'm going to say it a lot of the places in our city that we go are disabled friendly,

I went through the drive thru and all the staff was very friendly from the worker at the window to the worker who brought out my food! Everyone was very thorough with and double checked it multiple times, and some of the workers even joked around with us!! Overall this is one of the friendliest culver’s i’ve been too!!
