Never have I had a bad experience at any Culver's. Tonight I did. When my wife and I went up to place our order, they asked if I wanted gluten free. I told them I did not. After we ordered, we sat at a table. My wife noticed that they charged us for a gluten free bun for my sandwich. I went up to the counter and told them that I didn't order this. They refunded that charge. Then our order came, and in a sealed package was a gluten free bun. In the other container was my burger and all the condiments/toppings. Not on a burger. I went back up to tell them. They gave me a regular bun, and I had to take the burger and everything else and put it on the bun. What a mess!!! The burger was cold too. An employee who seen my problem, asked me how it was and I told her it was awful. She apologized, but that was it.
I’ve never had Culver’s this good in my life! The burger was nice and juicy, the cheese curds were incredible, and the service was fantastic! Likely to visit again on my next drive by the area.

I got a Frozen hot Chocolate here, and it was just so good. So good. Just to note, this is only a Christmas time thing. But if you do come here during that time, I recommend you get it. It's so worth it. The service was quick, the people were kind. Cool atmosphere as well. I love this Culvers, and I will for sure come back here soon.

Does this look like a 2-scoop caramel cashew to you? It was like a 1-scoop with vanilla icecream and a few cashews and barely any caramel. C'mon, Culvers, you can do better.
