I decided to try DD over Starbucks, because my kids wanted donuts. It turned into somewhat of a fiasco ordering a regular coffee with light cream and two donuts. They first rang the coffee up as iced, and then as half decaf, and then with 5 cream. As I pulled up to the window, they handed me a straw, and I politely said I wouldn't need one. The lady stood around waiting for a while, and then decided she needed to be the one to get my coffee. I was very patient and said thank you, and then asked for a couple of napkins. The lady disappeared for a few moments and then came back and apologized, saying she didn't have any napkins for me and shrugged her shoulders..and that was that. Lol It was really bizarre. The coffee and donuts were OK. Service needs a little work. Maybe, it was just a bad morning, but they weren't noticeably busy, and had plenty of people working...maybe, too many, with poor communication/team work.

When you get to the drive through at 7:30am and sit in the drive through till 8:00 am. And this isn't the first time so you make a review like a Karen. Might as well as just went dine in somewhere else cause Id have had my food faster. I only make this because I want to make it clear You're not making difficult food You're literally microwaving food You're also making very simple coffee Yes it's cheaper for a reason but there should be never a point where somebody is sitting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes waiting on food that's ridiculous

We ordered on drink thru the app, and everything went so smooth and quick when we went to pick it up. All the employees that were working were so warm and welcoming with smiles on their faces. I would recommend Dunkin to anyone and everyone who loves and enjoys coffee, tea, and more. I'm looking forward to coming back again.

I placed an online order for a box of 25 donut holes glazed and valentine sprinkle and another box of 50 donut holes of glazed and valentine sprinkle. I dropped my son off at his friends before school with the box of 25 and I went to work with the box of 50 and when I got to work all I had was a box of glazed and I messaged my sons friends mom and asked what was in there’s and she said all sprinkle. I was upset as I work at a school and wanted to treat the class to a treat for Valentine’s Day. If I wanted them all to be separate I would have ordered differently. It’s not hard to read what someone ordered and do your job.

I was waiting in the drive through for my one drink along with three one other person ahead of me who only got one drink there was no one in the lobby and the girl working was so unprofessional dressed very poorly stained pink sweatpants and beat up white crocks and a stained black shirt she had inside out, she gave the girl infront of me her drink and the customer said something about service and how poor it was and she was walking towards me to give me my drink and gave her such a rude nasty look it was very unpleasant and the wait took way too long
