Only reason I'll be purchasing from here is if I get a freebie or coupon on the app. The woman who works in the morning is one of the worst workers at this Dunkin shop. Every time I buy the same coffee, and she's there along with the same tall man, my coffee order always tastes bad. All the people who purchase a custom coffee and stop by when those 2 are working, are met with the worst attitude. She's extremely disrespectful to me and my mom. She seems to hate her job. Today, I ordered my custom cookie butter cold brew with 5 pumps and oat milk. Whenever I buy this drink in the evenings it's delicious. But today...worst drink ever...I couldn't taste the cookie butter syrup or the oat milk. I asked the woman at checkout for oatmilk and she stared at me and said the drinks have oatmilk while rudely handing me the receipt....Dunkin fix the terrible attitude and service from morning shift. I'm not the only one who sees this is a problem.

Came to get some coffee with my family because I wanted to show them my favorite drink. And we were met with the worst attitude of a female worker. Extremely rude and unfriendly while taking our order and communicating with us. Nobody needs a constant cheery attitude while working but making it the customer’s problem is completely unprofessional in any environment. Coming from a person who works in food service. Since then I found out she’s a manager named Sarah and a lot of people that worked at this location quit because of her attitude and hostile work environment while being manager. The service reflects that. Definitely needs to be checked in on because that is just not ok whatsoever.

I saw a lady yelling at the workers and the workers didn’t get angry back. They took her animosity and still served her with smile. Amazing staff and great service!

Lady who took my order was extremely rude.. the guy who was making my drinks didn’t even know how to. I asked for the cookie butter cloud latte with almond milk, he brought me a plain latte with almond milk. He also didn’t know how to make the cookie butter latte, so the rude chick who took my order was yelling across the store telling him what to do. Long story short, I won’t be coming back. It sucks because they have so many drinks I want to try but the customer service is some of the worst in Sheboygan. Management needs to get on this ASAP…

got a caramel frozen coffee and when i got it it tasted like no flavor so i go back in because i would like the drink i normally get, i ask them to remake it and they look at me like im crazy and the workers seemed not in a good mood today, so then they remake it and it tastes horrible! please do better!

Im not impressed with the management right now or how unclean this place is or how they lack quality in their food the grilled cheese tasted garbage and not fresh and the jelly doughnuts I always get tasted like some one did not wear gloves and as a person who works in a kitchen I'm not impressed DO BETTER OR get shut down and not only that they make people pull front when they're not even busy sometimes and the lady who took my order was not even comprehending my coffee order it was so simple I asked for a large Ice pecan latte with double shot of espresso with cold foam and she gave me one with out and before when she was trying to ring my order in she kept on putting in decafe and I work a 10 hour shift I do not want decafe pay more attention to detail if you want to keep open I loves dunkins but sometimes the staff here needs to do better for customers that love Dunkin Doughnuts its a disgrace to food management please and thank you

Came in the store to order an iced latte. No greeting or even an acknowledgment when I came in. Finally a stocky, bearded gentleman took my order. I could barely hear what he was saying because he talks so quietly.

Unprofessional workers. Don’t know if one has a mental disability or what but never seems to know what’s going on. I get told to pull up and wait for my food(hashbrowns) and no one ever comes out and I have to go inside. Food tastes gross, drinks taste gross. Whole place is just gross. I’m done giving them a chance.

If you want to start your morning off right don’t go here because they’ll definitely ruin it! Ordered half a dozen donuts and iced latte, I can see the blue haired girl (who I believe is the store manager) just slapping my donuts into the box really roughly, donuts look disgusting and 2 of them are wrong didnt even ask if I would prefer something else, iced latte that’s missing the cold foam, paid $1 more for that! She removed the sticker from my cup so I couldn’t double check if maybe I forgot to press the button to add it but nope I definitely ordered it, plus there’s about an inch gap at the top of my drink for where It was supposed to be! Mind you I spent all morning debating if I just go to Starbucks or go to Dunkin. I definitely made the wrong choice. I work in the coffee industry I get it, it can be frustrating but if you don’t have a single customer service bone in your body than maybe reconsider your career choice.

Went inside mid-morning. One person at the drive thru. Two at the counter, dazed and confused. I asked where the rest room was. Place was absolutely filthy with food and trash on the floors. I came out to order and the lady said she'd be right back and disappeared to the back. She and the other young lady were complaining about a customer. Filthy bathroom and store and unprofessional behavior. I left without placing an order. I'll never go back to this location.
