I placed an online order for a box of 25 donut holes glazed and valentine sprinkle and another box of 50 donut holes of glazed and valentine sprinkle. I dropped my son off at his friends before school with the box of 25 and I went to work with the box of 50 and when I got to work all I had was a box of glazed and I messaged my sons friends mom and asked what was in there’s and she said all sprinkle. I was upset as I work at a school and wanted to treat the class to a treat for Valentine’s Day. If I wanted them all to be separate I would have ordered differently. It’s not hard to read what someone ordered and do your job.

I was waiting in the drive through for my one drink along with three one other person ahead of me who only got one drink there was no one in the lobby and the girl working was so unprofessional dressed very poorly stained pink sweatpants and beat up white crocks and a stained black shirt she had inside out, she gave the girl infront of me her drink and the customer said something about service and how poor it was and she was walking towards me to give me my drink and gave her such a rude nasty look it was very unpleasant and the wait took way too long

Never manage to get my order right! Today I ordered/paid online which saved absolutely no time. Get to the drive up window, tell the girl my order, she tries to hand me someone else's. Correct her, she looks around at the 3 other people working for help. Hands me the wrong drink and by then Im so annoyed I take it and leave. How can no one manage to make an order correctly?? Is it really that hard?? I wanted to give 0 stars but the coffee was at least pretty good. Get it together people
