I usually put Jimmy Johns #1 on my list but I can't this time cuz I ended up getting food poisoning from the tuna!! I love their tuna... it's the best from anywhere!! I ordered for my family and I and Noone but I got sick, severely sick! I went to the hospital and it wad verified it was food poisoning. I only had Jimmy Johns, that tu a sub was the only thing I ate. I still love Jimmy Johns but hope they fix this situation. Having food poisoning isn't fun.. it sucked!!!

Well my job ordered from here and I got a turkey sandwich and my sandwich only had 2 pieces of turkey ham and 2 pieces of cheese 8 dollars for what the bread.. yes I have never bought from Jimmy johns and my first time horrible experience. Never again.

I think I would even have a hard time listening to an audio book with headphones while eating here or talking with a friend. Can you guys just turn it down a tad? :)

Poor service, delivered to wrong address, then called and said he miss read it again, didn’t even apologize but said your welcome when I said thanks now my lunch breaks over I won’t be able to eat and he says your welcome! Didn’t even offer me a coupon or money back. Very disappointed.

Area manager pressures people into management without proper training and then when you’ve finally hit your breaking point as an employee will do nothing to help you in return. There’s a reason your food takes so long to get there and it’s because no one is properly trained. Definitely no longer freaky fast, and let’s not forget that they keep raising prices especially delivery fees. Go to jersey mikes instead at least they treat their employees with respect.

My order came to my home over an hour after I had placed it. Manger said “unfortunately it was during shift change so we were down to one driver.” Not ordering from that location again. I feel if there’s going to be a delay, my order shouldn’t say out for delivery and arrives an hour ten minutes later.
