Ordered the 30 piece Party Box & was extremely disappointed. All veggies were on the side, so that our guests could build their own sandwich, but lifting up one side of the sandwich bread revealed the very small amount of meat (especially the roast beef). It was embarrassing to hear the comments regarding the meager amount, considering the $75.00 cost.

I've paid for extra toppings and don't get them, seems to be a common problem. I order a basic sandwich and they don't put all the toppings on. I'm tired of spending money here and they don't seem to care about fixing the problem. I'd recommend ordering from another JJ store or another sub shop altogether.

They completely forgor about me. I placed my order, and then I waited. After almost 10 minutes, i looked up from my phone and the store was empty. No customers, and no workers, only voices coming from the back. I then had to go stand at the counter to be noticed, where I was asked what I needed. I replied "my food". I assumed that because Jimmy Johns is known for speed, that this would be a good place to stop since I was in a rush but apparently not.

Always fast and same great taste. If only it was a little less pricey, I would order more from them. My favorite sandwich is #17, the Ultimate Porker. I would always get that one only.

I ordered the new Delicious Dope Dime bag and it was missing almost all of the toppings. All I got was lettuce ham and cheese. I called to tell them I got the wrong sandwich and they offered to make a new one and deliver it but that new sandwich never arrived. I typically like the food but this was very disappointing.

Visited Jimmy John’s and was genuinely impressed by the speed of their service – they’re not kidding when they say “freaky fast”! The cleanliness of the place caught my eye, particularly the tables which were spotless. However, I couldn’t help but notice that the floors could use a bit more attention, as they seemed to need a bit of TLC. It was high contrast against the clean tables.During checkout, the tipping prompt was a bit of a surprise, especially considering the lightning speed at which they operate. It makes you wonder about the dynamics of fast food tipping. As for the subs, they were slightly better than average. Not a culinary revelation, but the variety on offer is commendable, providing a good range of options for different tastes.All in all, Jimmy John’s delivers on its promise of quick service and offers a decent meal. If you’re in a rush and need a quick bite, this is the place to go.

It’s always very clean and everyone is super friendly. This has been my favorite location I’ve ever come across. The other day I came in for a pickup order and the manager and all the staff were super nice and cheery! And my sandwich always tastes great. They really do so good!!

Nice little sandwich shop near my house. I've had the Club and the Cubano. It's better than Subway. It's not a place you're going to want to eat at. It's clean, but it's much better some place else.

Placed a delivery order and there was an issue with the sandwiches. Called and the staff was super helpful, friendly, and got everything fixed right away. Even though there was an issue, great experience. Both delivery drivers were awesome too.
