One of the best sandwiches I ever had! I ordered delivery to my hotel, so I can't comment about service or atmosphere. The giant pickle was delicious as well!

Food is good. Place is clean. The staff is very friendly but jeez cut the sandwich in half when the customer asks. 3 times already. I mean its a nice spot and I would have given a 5 across the board, but 3 times I asked for oil, and extra mayo with it cut in half and I hear the cashier tell the sandwich artist, but they must be like Van Gogh and have an ear cut off lol.

Ordered the 30 piece Party Box & was extremely disappointed. All veggies were on the side, so that our guests could build their own sandwich, but lifting up one side of the sandwich bread revealed the very small amount of meat (especially the roast beef). It was embarrassing to hear the comments regarding the meager amount, considering the $75.00 cost.

I've paid for extra toppings and don't get them, seems to be a common problem. I order a basic sandwich and they don't put all the toppings on. I'm tired of spending money here and they don't seem to care about fixing the problem. I'd recommend ordering from another JJ store or another sub shop altogether.
They completely forgor about me. I placed my order, and then I waited. After almost 10 minutes, i looked up from my phone and the store was empty. No customers, and no workers, only voices coming from the back. I then had to go stand at the counter to be noticed, where I was asked what I needed. I replied "my food". I assumed that because Jimmy Johns is known for speed, that this would be a good place to stop since I was in a rush but apparently not.

I ordered the new Delicious Dope Dime bag and it was missing almost all of the toppings. All I got was lettuce ham and cheese. I called to tell them I got the wrong sandwich and they offered to make a new one and deliver it but that new sandwich never arrived. I typically like the food but this was very disappointing.
