It’s hard to give jimmy johns anything lower than a 5 star but the past like 5+ times I have been to this location in specific, they keep forgetting stuff on me & my wife’s subs. We pay extra for everything extra we want on & it’s not put on. Get our subs, drive home 10 minutes to find out our subs were made wrong.. again

This was the first time I had ordered from JJ. I had to feed a crew of movers, and they requested JJ. I tried to order on the app & the .Com site. Both are impossible to navigate. I ended up calling the order for 6 people in. I gave them a name for each sub. None of the subs ended up with the correct name. Also, no napkins were put into the box. That should be an automatic thing on takeout orders. Everyone enjoyed their sub once they each found theirs.

This is the third time this month they have gotten my order completely wrong, maybe they’re sick of me ordering so much but all I wanted was my hummus with chips and instead I get Jalapeño ranch. After a long day of work I wished to get the food I ordered.

Definitely No real atmosphere here. very small dining area giving off the kinda don’t want you to eat here vibes. Food is good and the service is excellent overall.
