Absolutely abysmal service with rude and unhelpful staff, refuse to hand things like napkins, silverware etc out the window even if orders are large and contain things that would always absolutely need silverware like MAC & CHEESE and MASHED POTATOES

The food was exactly what I was expecting. Good KFC chicken. The service is another story. I placed a pickup order using the app. I went to the drive through to pick it up. The guy who was working the drive through should be used as an example of how someone shouldn't talk to customers. This guy was rude and has no business talking to customers. All I did was ask at the drive through if I could pick up my order that way. The App says to go inside unless the inside is closed. The guy seemed offended that I would ask such a question and then barked orders to me on where to pick up my order. He had a serious bad attitude. The guy working the window was awesome. I will try coming back here 1 more time and if this guy is there. I'm done with KFC

We were in drive-through. The food was fresh and tasted great. Drive-thru was fast.
I shall weave you a short tale of little intrigue and much gastro-intestinal distress: ordered KFC and picked it up last night and 3 of the 4 of us managed to get food poisoning. It was the only meal in common with the four people who ate it and while it was tasty, it did make 75% of our insides very unhappy. (told you it was a short tale, much shorter than our combined time in the bathroom!)
We haven't been to KFC for a number of years, and this will likely encourage us to take our indefinite leave.
