Repeating the 'code' 3 times and they still messed up the order but at the pick up window we Repeating the correct order was fixed before pulling off.. That was close hate getting back in line for their mess up.Have Your code ready...lol

Most of the time I do the pickup option on the app. Most if not all the time my order is correct. I don't have to wait long to receive my order. Food quality is what you can expect from any fast-food place. Overall it's decent.

Tiffany is a horrible person working there. She is the one with red hair and don’t you dare ask her for a water cup. They do not do water and they will watch you choke instead of giving you a free water in the fear you spill it out and fill it up with soda. They have no understanding that someone needs water to get down their dry McDonald’s chicken. And when I bit into the chicken it was chunky and disgusting. They watched me spit my chicken out and throw the rest of my sandwich into the garbage and still refused me a water cup and told me to buy a soda cup to fill it up with water. I said “what do you mean they are free”

Worst experience ever. I ordered a big mac with no pickles, because I hate their slimy pickles, and came with extra pickles. Burger looked smashed and just thrown into the box. Will never go again.

It feels weird doing a review for McDonald's but this location in particular is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to, it's family owned and operated which must be why the quality control is so good. I don't come here often but whenever I do everything is made hot and fresh, the fries aren't old, every burger and chicken sandwich has care taken to how the condiments are put on and the buns are nice and fluffy and haven't been smashed like 99% of all the other McDonald's I've been to. I've been all over the country and have probably had McDonald's in 20 different states and who woulda thunk it that in all those places Sheboygan Wisconsin would be a place that holds one of the best locations.

Just went though drive-thru and my medium fries are 1/4 filled up. Why don't they put fries in the fries pouch anymore they give you half a container and pay enough for fries. They do this all the time.
genuinely one of the worst tragedies of Sheboygan county is them remodeling this place to look like every other soulless Mcdonald's 💔 real ones remember how cool it was before 😔

Paid on the app, it says it’s open 24-7 came to pick up my mobile order at 2:44 am on August 30th of 2025 and nobody was there the drive through lights were off and barely any lights on inside….. so the app took my money and the place was closed? They didn’t update their hours or someone is trying not to work.
