This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. About a week ago, I ordered a couple of burgers and had to wait 30 minutes to receive them. When I got home, I realized a Big Mac was missing. I called the restaurant right away, and the woman I spoke to took down my name and told me I could claim the missing item the next time I came in.
Today, when I returned and explained the situation to the manager (Michael), he told me they only offer a coupon or send an email in these situations. So I waited 30 minutes, did not get what I paid for and was lied to.

It took me 40 minutes from arriving to the McDonald's drive thru to actually getting my food. And I didn't even order through the drive thru.
When I finally got to the drive thru speaker I waited 10 minutes an no one said hi or be right with you or anything.
I had time to order in the app instead and pull up to a curbside spot.
I waited another 20 minutes for my food.
And then they forgot my BBQ sauce..

Did Drive thru on 3/6 at around 630pm. Placed order at kiosk ordered my food that was needed. Asked for the 3rd straight week now if their shake machine was up for a shamrock shake. got the no sorry our shake machine is down. Made me sad. Pulled around to first window and paid at 635 from what the receipt tells me. Was told at pick up window they are backed up and asked what drinks i had. I got my two cokes from them. Was told to go as far forward as I could to park and wait for my food. As I pulled around and forward there was three cars parked in the spots right in front of the pick up window. I had the person that was in front of me park closest to the exit parallel to it. I pulled into the second angled spot in front of the play place. I sat there for 22 mins before I went in to check on my food. So that was 657 pm. I gave my receipt to the person behind the counter which was surprised i was still waiting for my food he then hurried to look for it. They had to remake all my food which took another 5 minutes to get. They gave me a MEDIUM FRY for my inconvenience of waiting over half hour to get food I had paid for and waited. Between this and the shake machine being down for 3 weeks now. Im done going to this mcdonald's service is at most par 30% of the time the rest it is sub par 70% of the time tonight showed it on full display.
After Writing this review I finally took a couple bites of my Double Qtr Pounder and both Burger patties were Burnt on one side. REALLY REALLY ANGRY NOW.

The playland area is scummy and worn down. Their service is horrible every time we go there. Why do I still go there? Who knows. Almost every time there is something wrong with my order, you have cars backed up waiting for food while employees are walking around not knowing whose food is whose. Twice we've been charged for someone else's meal. It's ridiculous. Train your employees! It's not that hard. The Southside Mc Donalds is top notch. Wish that one was closer to be honest.

This McDonald is slow. The worker keeps forgetting our hash brown. 😒 They need to clean their grill. Too much burnt crumb with sandwiches.

The African American manger was yelling at his crew in front of us and he was screaming and dismissing them too and we neve even got the remade food do not go here bad food bad store bad service

Ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup and pickles. No meal, just one single sandwich. Received a cheeseburger with a prep slip saying "no onions". Must have gotten someone else's. Opened the burger and it had ketchup, mustard and ONIONS on it. No pickles at all. I was getting the sandwich for my mom. I didn't think that I had to check my order before leaving, because it was only one item that I ordered clearly. This is why I personally don't go to McDonald's for myself.

First off i will say, I am so sorry to the team members who have to deal with such a lousy and arrogant general manager. I believe his name was micheal or something mike related. If i could give negative stars i would. Yelling at your team is quite unacceptable no matter how hard they are working to get it done right. He needs to be fired or relocated. Inside was kind of clean so bonus points to you guys.
