Each time we go the staff is very accommodating. We had a mixup on our order. I heard them say no meat. I stated she wouldn't eat if the meat touched it already. They remade my daughters pasta. Stopped by for a quick meal before driving home. The service was great and staff was friendly. I had an older gift card to use and it didn't work with their system at first, but the manager quickly resolved it with no issues. My order was correct and tasted great!

I ordered spicy Korean beef noodles and they got my order wrong. This is what I got instead of the spicy Korean beef noodles. At least they got my son’s order right. He got spaghetti and seems satisfied ?

We had a mobile order set for 7pm and arrived about 15 minutes to, expecting to wait. We decided ti dine-in. A woman asked what our order contained and asked if we wanted to start it early - absolutely! I think it was out on our table within a matter of minutes and they were happy to do so even tho they were super slammed with mobile orders. Thanks a lot for making our night!

This has been the only time I have ever tried eating at this chain. While the menu looked appealing I was looking for something healthy and I was able to find a few bowls that fit the bill. I did not find the flavors and ingredients to have that freshness I was expecting. Based on my experience I would not be inclined to try eating at this chain again.
Burnt meatballs to the point of being inedible. Sad, as i usually really enjoy their food.

Restaurant is in good shape and they were more than happy to take my order and not push me behind any online orders. Other restaurants in the area should come here get lunch and take notes of how to do it.
