Dawn was our server and she was great! Food was good too. It was Friday night fish fry, but our wait was minimal.

The fish and chips and arugula salad were unexpected treats to accompany the great live music on a Friday night!!
Great food and service!
Fantastic food, onion rings, cheese curds, burger, mussels... sooo full!

I didn't think this place would be good when my friend pointed it out for lunch. It looks like a little hole in the wall tavern.
But he convinced me to get dinner there last night and WOW, I'm glad that I listened to him!!
It was packed with people, some drinking, some eating and some playing darts or video games. Several high top tables were in the main area and most were filled. Surprised to see so many people on a Thursday night.
There's also a small dining area in the back of the bar with regular dining tables. This area was much quieter.
Someone took our drink order almost immediately and brought us menus. Lots of choices, a lot different than just burgers.
We weren't that hungry, so we split a sandwich, the special that night which was a grilled cheese sandwich with 3 different cheeses, avocado, bacon, arugula and some type of sauce. It was a pretty big sandwich, so even splitting it in half gave us a generous portion. The sandwich came with a choice of sides, we chose the pasta salad (bowtie pasta, salami, avocado, and some other stuff) . It was pretty good, but I'm not a big fan of pasta salad so my friend ate most of it.
I also had a cup of the soup of the day, Creamy Tomato Soup. It was perfect with the grilled cheese sandwich.
We also split an appetizer, Arrancini (sp?) which was 3 huge balls of a fried rice mixture served with a white sauce and grated cheese. Super yummy! We ended up taking 1 of them home (along with half of my 1/2 sandwich) because we were just too full.
I would definitely go here again. The menu has a lot to offer and the daily special and soups seem like they will be good.
I've heard of several groups that come here for lunch every week. I might just have to start coming here on a regular basis too Yes, my meal was THAT good.
I love everything about this place. The food is amazing and they have healthy vegetarian options which I really appreciate. The service has always been very good, the staff is pleasant and kind. The atmosphere is relaxed and you don't have to shout to talk. Definitely a favorite place to go in Sheboygan.
