Placed an order online ahead of time because I was on a tight schedule. Arrived 3 minutes prior to the time the order was to be ready, but there was a car inline already. We sat behind that car for 10-15 minutes. When they received their order it was just one bag (no reason for one bag to take that long!).
When I got to the window, I had a few moments to observe the staff inside. Not one of the four crew members that I could see had any sense of urgency. One guy was even dancing to whatever music was playing in the kitchen. Our order was brought to us shortly after we got to the window, but when I asked the gal about the long wait she told me it was because they just finished making our last sandwich. That really doesn't track (I believe the reason was that they were making the order for the car ahead of me), but it still doesn't account for the fact that we scheduled the pick-up for a specific time.
The order was correct and the food was tasty, but the packaging was unreasonably greasy. Not just the sandwich wrapper, but the napkins (unusable) and the bag itself.
All in all, this was a very disappointing experience. I now know that I cannot count on Panera to ensure my food is ready according to the predetermined schedule.

Went to Panera here, got an order to takeout. Ordered it at 12:47 and waited in front. At 1:15 the wife went in to check, the order was was sitting there but no one would bring out! It was only a cold sandwich and a soup? That long to get it to us?

I placed a to go order hours ahead of time online for an event. I show up to pick up and I am told it was not ready and it would be 15 to 20 minutes longer. This delay would impact the timing of the event and the order had to be canceled. I am waiting for my refund. The manager was not friendly and very unpleasant.

This was my first time ever eating at Panera. The store was clean, the food was prepared quickly and everything was wonderful. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I really enjoyed the Broccoli Cheddar soup and the Ciabata Cheesesteak sandwich. My husband had the Bacon Mac n' Cheese and a Chicken Bacon Rancher. Both of us had a baguette. The flavor for both the soup/Mac and sandwiches was excellent. The baguettes were fresh and crispy. It was a nice experience. I'd come back.
We have ordered dozens of times from Panera Bread with no problems; but when we ordered on line @ 3:30 pm today, our order was not complete and a phone call to their manager did NOT resolve the problem. Our order was placed on line; and the main item that was the purpose of our order from Panera was not included! We had to place a second order and pay two delivery fees to get our complete order. Panera is very expensive to begin with, and this extra hour wait time together with two separate delivery charges is not the way to build up a business.

Food tasted good. Served barely warm soup. Was told to microwave it ourselves under the coffee bar in the cabinet. Not sure if this is corporate policy just thought it was odd. Food took a while just for it to be cold

Every time I go here I have issues with my order. If you ask to talk to the general manager she will never be there or the staff has no idea where she is. The dining room is always a mess with trash and dishes piling up and don’t even get me started on the kitchen employees. These past few times I went I watched them behind the counter and there were people not wearing gloves, not washing their hands, and going on their phones before going right back to touching food. Also make sure you’re nice to the employees or you’ll hear them talking about you and other customers behind the counter. This place ruined all Panera Breads for me and I would rather eat a hot can of sardines than go to this place again.
P.s open the doors by the garbage cans if you want to know why they have a bug problem.

I I'm a Panera Bread customer in illinois, Wisconsin, and Southern California. So I have seen many, some of the newer ones are going with a much colder decor. I'm not very fond of those locations. This location in sheboygan is definitely one of if not my favorite one. You could say it's dear to my ❤️ heart. You see, my heart stopped while having coffee ☕️ one morning, an employee came out, and with the help of 911, the speaker gave me CPR until paramedics arrived . But I love the warm atmosphere, and the fireplace is a very cool touch . Employees and managers are awesome ? Panera is good this one is awesome
