Even on a busy Saturday night the staff inside were friendly and polite and everyone seemed to be working veryhard. This was something I never even considered but a lot of the time you go to restaurants and see people standing around doing nothing but that was not the case which is why I felt compelled to leave a review because of the hard work that I witnessed I felt like it should be highlighted so thank you to the staff for the hard work and delicious food

I normally have great pizza from here but today was a huge disappointment. We ordered one normal pepperoni for their customer appreciation day, it took twenty minutes longer than the estimated ready time, and when I got home I opened what looks and tastes like a frozen thin crust pizza. Really glad we only paid $7 for it. I would go back and get a replacement but I waited so long for it I don't have time to. Seriously without standing there and seeing them make it I would swear they just tossed a cheap frozen pizza on the oven and boxed it.

Worst pizza yet. Hardly warm when delivered, burnt pepperoni and wasn't sliced right! Hardly any sauce and crust was thick for original and extra chewy! Been noticing a down fall the past six months, but still raises the prices and delivery fee! Unacceptable.
Sad to say but I work here and can’t believe I’m making a bad review on my own store but I ordered 4 large pizzas got three of which I ordered one of them was from a whole different delivery to some one else I was told I get a new one because I was missing one of mine and it’s now been an hour and a half later no pizza and now they won’t even answer the phones either go figure.

3rd time is not the charm, 1st time 45 minutes, and cold, 2nd time 40 minutes and warm, 3rd time over 1he and cold. I'm sure the shaqaroni would be delicious hot, But we will never know. Stay away from delivery from Sheboygan.

I’ve always enjoyed Papa Johns’ food, but the service at the Sheboygan location is beyond terrible. On Halloween night, we placed an order at 6 PM and didn’t receive it until after 9 PM, despite multiple follow-up calls. To "make up for it," they sent us a coupon for a free medium cheese pizza.
We decided to give them another chance and placed an order tonight. The app projected a 50-minute delivery time, but after 50 minutes, there was still no food. When I checked the app, I discovered that our order had been canceled without any explanation. The only message was to "take it up with your bank" if my card had been charged.
I called the restaurant to ask why the order was canceled and was told the app must have "glitched out." That was the only response I received, even though I had an email confirmation that my order had been placed.
With so many great pizza options in Sheboygan, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. The service is unreliable, and they clearly don’t value their customers.
