Yesterday I ordered delivery, the pizzas I received were dry, with barely any sauce or cheese. I ended up throwing them away cuz we couldn’t even eat them. Total waste of money and over priced for that matter. I even called the store to complain and all they offered was a side of sauce if I wanted to go get it. I mean REALLY?? Never again! They don’t even deserve the one star I gave them.

I seen on google that Pizza Hut was giving away free pizzas, and a worker answered and told me to go on the website, but then proceeded to say why are you calling here, call dominos. I say why would I call dominos and you just told me to go on the website for the free pizza. Then he hang up on me. I then call back, he picked up and told me to stop calling asking dumb questions. He then say he have caller Id and he will call the police if I call back asking dumb questions. But how is it a dumb question if I’m trying to get a free pizza, I’m just trying to figure out how to get one! Who ever that guy was, he’s very rude & I will be calling to report him.

Before anything, I just wanted to mention that had to put one star only cause that's how I can put this review up. This experience doesn't even deserve any stars.
I ordered 2 medium pizzas. I got the pizzas and they were hard and stale. I even made sure it wasn't in my head by tasting the mid part of the pizza. It was bad all around. I called the store and the manager didn't even let me finish talking and asked do I want him to remake it or not. I only started to explain how the pizza was and got interrupted that he will remake the pizza. I didn't think too much of how the convo went till now. I was waiting to get my new pizzas and heard a set of 2 very loud pounding on the door. I got really scared. Mind you this is past 8pm at night. I opened the door and saw it was the delivery guy and kindly asked him why he knocked so loud like that. He yelled at me because its his second time out here tonight and I don't tip. I always tip. This one time I don't and this happens. The delivery guy throws my pizzas on the ground and starts to walk off. I told him I want to show him the pizzas I got earlier. But he just drives off.
I called the store right away and the manager was rude and just argued with me right away while I was crying trying to explain how scared I was. He does cuts me off and said that I need to stop yelling at him and he will talk to the delivery guy. Me trying to be nice all the time no matter what, my daughter took the phone from me and did start yelling at the manager. Anyways, I wanted a refund and the manager said I can't get a refund and can only get a store credit. I didn't want the store credit cause that means I would have to come back to the store and use it. He says that my choice. He said he was gonna put me on hold so he can take an order. He gets back on and asked for my card number. I asked him why does he need it. He says didn't you want a refund? I asked him to please explain what he is planning on doing. He rudely says "didn't you want a refund? Why else would I be asking for it?" I said how would I know thats what he is doing. Earlier he said I can't get a refund and store credit only. The way he was talking to me was like I had no common sense. He also made it look like I was just trying to get free pizzas. I did return the pizzas to the store and give him $3 tip cause thats what they were so angry about. The manager asked me why I wasted his time making new pizzas then. I told him, as angry the driver was, what if he spit in the pizzas.
First of all, if the pizzas were good the first time the delivery guy wouldn't have to come back a second time. As for tips, I tip all the time where I go. But sometimes people can be on a budget and can't here and there too. If this is how the tipping world is going to be then what if no one orders no more. Then you'll be out of delivery orders one day. Either way, that is not how customer service should be. I understand if there was a angry customer yelling and cussing. But that was not the way I approached the issue here or anywhere I go.

If you want more sauce in your box then on your wings i guess get the meals for one
My food soaking in sauce I got the meal for one with a melt and some wings and the sauce looks like it was just poured in the box it isn't even on the wings all of it is in the bottom of my box and my melt is completely covered and soggy from the sauce, pretty oissed about it actually

Ordered large thin crust w/2 toppings total bill $25.73 ouch! Crust was like crispy cardboard , hardly any cheese or pepperoni. No flavor. I'll never order another pizza hut pizza. I could have gotten (3) Theos pizzas for that price.

Pizza is way overpriced and not that good. Plus they are too cheap to pay their drivers and have door dash deliver instead. Only reason they even get a star for food is the new Bacon Cheddar Cheese bread sticks are

Ordered a pizza tonight. Got a text at 5:11pm it was out for delivery (i live 10 minutes away). Got rude vm from the driver at 5:47pm stating if I want my pizza to call him back. So I call no answer. I call the store and the guy tells me to call the driver. So I call the driver and he is telling me he is outside and there is no house with my address. I told him I'm looking out the window and there are no cars. Are you sure you're on the right street? Turns out he was on the wrong street. When he gets to my house the pizza and breadsticks are soggy. I realize my soda is missing so I call the store and the guy tells me they will have him turn around to deliver the soda. My whole house is sick and I thought ordering a pizza would make life a little easier and it turned out to be harder and a disgusting, greesy mess as well as a rude driver. Worst service ever.
Very disapointed with my pizza. I got a large pepperoni and when it came, it was paper thin and overcooked. It felt more like eating a cracker than a pizza. I'm only giving it 2 stars because the boneless wings were alright.

The staff were friendly and the pizza was punctual and hot. The crust of the pizza could use some flavor and the sauce was bright and sweet. A more robust flavorful sauce and a crust seasoned like your bread sticks would do wonders.The bread sticks are great. Don't change the bread sticks.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in forever!!, I was so excited but then sadly my experience was ruined, lady on phone could hardly speak English, and to my surprise 1 large pizza and a medium order of wings was $55.00!! That’s insane to me when Pizza Hut is not even close to a top choice pizza place anymore. I guess Pizza Hut is just a thing of the past for me now. It was great as a kid and a major staple of my childhood but those times are long gone. Order cancelled ?
