Got my order very wrong the only two times I’ve been there.

Happy with my $6 big box because without that deal my food probably would've been $20-25 bucks. Not happy that I wasn't greeted or acknowledged for the first 5 minutes I was in store. I went early In the am and it wasn't clean. The floors hadn't been mopped the previous night. If you ever worked in fast food and closed you know exactly what I mean.

You're safest bet for sides is fries. I've had mac and cheese and red beans both were nasty.

1st time at Popeyes. Chicken sandwich was crispy and juicy. Mac and cheese some of the best ever.

Food is tasty but a sodium bomb - salt is off the charts, even by fast food standards. Staff is friendly but appear overworked or understaffed. Restaurant is new but still manages to feel a bit rundown. An occasional stop when the craving for salty but tasty chicken hits!

I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and the gentleman at the window gave me 2 regular then blamed me saying he confirmed it twice. Then ripped the receipt off the bag so I can't do the survey for his poor service. No wonder people go to KFC. I very clearly said I wanted spicy it isnt my fault you ask confusing questions.

Food was average. I am very taken a back as they only sell tenders on the app in family meals not individually like 6 piece 9 piece exc...with that move I and my family will no longer stop here. Why not a CHICK FIL A??

Probably the best service on any Popeyes I had ever visited ,the staff was great the food was well done and fresh ,the dinning area was clean I have visited several location but this one was the best.

If workers would not be standing around on their phones , visable from drive thru window, maybe service be faster. Long wait to order at drive thru. And long wait for food. Go somewhere else or to manitowoc location

The only thing that was decent to eat was the red beans and rice as well as the biscuit. Ordered chicken strips with a few sauces to try. Chicken is dry and mostly flavorless with the exception of the heat. Sauces were less than appealing as well. Essentially, for the price that you pay for a "meal", you are better off going to BWW or Legend Larry's for some real food.

They forgot all of the sauces I paid for and gave me regular chicken tenders instead of spicy. How am I supposed to eat chicken without any sauces? Also, the boneless wings were chewy. Ruined my whole weekend.

Ordered a 12 piece tender family meal, gave us the wrong food. When we called to tell them and ask to exchange for the correct food, they basically told us no, and that we either need to throw it away or eat it and they weren't going to correct their mistake. We were overcharged, the food we actually ended up with is a lot cheaper, plus I cannot eat it so it's just going to waste. Going to dispute the charge as this is ridiculous.

I like Popeyes food, but the service here at this one leaves a lot to be desired.
Like any other fast food place these days, it’s a ripoff if you don’t use a coupon code.
