I went to the Sheboygan location with family, one who is deaf and one who has aphasia from a stroke, and Mario was beyond excellent with both of them. He was helpful, courteous, and very pleasant to all of us. He is an asset to the store.

I came in for right after opening, 30 mins to be exact. Received no greeting and the place was dirty, I immediately turned around. Food poisoning is a real thing. Restaurants should be cleaned.

I had door dashed an order and what I received was not I wanted. I had ordered extra protein yet there was hardly any chicken or rice. There was way more sauce than there should've been. I've ordered before from this place and was pleased but this time was a big disappoint.

This is one of the smallest qdoba burritos I've ever had. It cost me $10 yet barley has any fillings. Workers make 15-17 a hour while the company is making millions yet they can't give bugger portions? Becoming like Chipotle. Ontop of that when coming in, there was a homeless guy (wasn't dirty looking, didn't have attitude or a bunch of stuff with him) they made him buy chips to be able to sit in the empty store that was just sad.

I love Qdoba but the last several times we have picked up burritos from here the rice hasn’t been cooked fully and most of it is crunchy and hard, and the chicken has been rubbery.

Play ten dollars for a burrito bowl and the gentleman barely put any ingredients in it and then when I asked him to add more told me he had to charge me for it that's ridiculous I've never had that problem from any other worker at that location for any location
