Kiddos working need to work on their attention to customer service. Was waiting for our pickup order (not ready at the time given) when an older couple done with their meal went up to the counter to leave a tip before leaving. No one ever came up the register so the couple ended up leaving.

My husband and I went last week 45 mins before they were to close. The worker never acknowledged us and when he was about to take our order again never said hi and seemed annoyed with us coming into the store. We decided not to even order because the worker was very rude and I will not support an establishment that has horrible customer service

Pizza and service were great! I wish there were more Rocky's off the interstate. I'd rather have a slice of pizza than a cheap burger.

Food quality at most Rockys always great, as was this visit. The atmosphere at this particular one was awesome with local racing memorabilia on the walls. Customer service at the counter for this visit, not so great.

Always hot and fresh food, here within 30 mins of ordering, friendly staff, and we order at least 2 xs per week

Don't eat here. We love Rocky Rococo, for their crust, ingredients, recipes. This is not it. We have been all over Wisconsin for Rocky's and this is by far the worst. It doesn't taste like Rocky, it is not.

It is so bad one of our pizzas cheese and ingredients just slid off the crust, while another didnt?

Went here with my friend on Monday. The girl who took our order was pleasant to him, but really cold to me. I really felt like I was unwelcome the entire time we ate lol. Both her and another employee who I assume was just coming in for their shift were just like, glaring at me until we left. Definitely not going back, I was just tryna eat my pizza ☹️
