The very definition of small family owned diner where the locals come to eat. The menu has a good selection of common diner food, but the burger I got was anything but common!

Burgers were supposed to be doubles only got singles no condiments on them like lettuce, tomato or pickles, no ketchup or mustard. Breaded mushrooms were mush because the breading was so full of oil, French fries were cold and no salt. Burgers were over cooked I don't like dry well done burgers very hard to eat and swallow not too mention the buns were hard and just as dry as the meat
My favorite spot for steak samwich and mY favorite chili.
Parking: If there is no where to park there is space in the Kwik trip lot. Very accessible to Schultz's

Came in and stood there for 5 or more minutes (and it wasn't busy) and at least 4 workers saw us and nobody acknowledged us. No "hi we'll be with you in a minute" or "just sit anywhere", nothing! Ok got past that. Asked the server how their fried shrimp was, "it's fried shrimp, what can I say". Maybe say "they are large shrimp, you get 6 or so in an order" or the are small shrimp and no tail on them". Something other than the answer I got. Took awhile to come back and check on us. The food was just ok. Would not eat there again. I dont understand why it has such a high rating. Oh I called to see what kind of soup they had and they said two different kinds and when we got there they had two totally different ones. Who knows??

An American classic!! This place is a must stop if you are in the area! The steak sandwich is one of the best I’ve ever had and don’t get me started on the prices! You will leave full and happy for a very good price!
The steak sandwich sounds simple but it’s because of the quality and fresh ingredients that it really shines!!
The sides are also great, I always love a thin fry and the potato salad is made fresh in house.

Used to love Schulz’s and would eat there every payday! Since changing their soup options to be different every single day, they have gone down hill BAD! No longer have breaded cauliflower or nacho cheese for their cheese fries… and good luck catching your favorite soup! I can truly say without a doubt that I will NEVER eat Schulz’s again…
One of my favorite places to eat in Sheboygan. Amazing food and staff. Unfortunately the owner is rude and does not care about his customers. When serving my food he did not sound happy whatsoever and aggressively took the menu out of my hand to put it back. Without him, this place is all around 5 stars. The other waitresses are awesome. I witnessed the owner yell at a customer today over her comments about something minimal and he told her it’s fine if she never comes back. Not a way to treat your customers at all. I’ve heard many complaints about him before and he’s always been this way to his customers. If you happen to see him there you’re better off going to Gosse’s. At least they care.
