I use this location regularly. Although they messed up my orders in the past, I have not left any reviews. Today I ordered a venti matcha latte and specifically asked for light on ice, I got a grande instead. I told the yapping girl at the window I ordered venti. Waited. Finally got my drink and drove back to work. Sitting at my desk now, I just notice my latte has a lot of ice. Frustrating.

5 STARS ALL AROUND! It is not often a Starbucks sticks out as better than the rest....but this location did just that. I posted up from about 10:30AM-3:00PM to take work calls, answer emails, etc. I started the day with my favorite drink (Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso), and later grabbed a lunch snack (Jalapeno Chicken Pocket). Both were great and one of the team members made her own personal recommendation of something to pair with the Jalapeno Chicken Pocket...cream cheese, to which I of course tried. She was right! The staff called me by name throughout the day, checking if I needed anything and asking how my work calls were going. I watched them treat all of the customers that came in with the same kindness and attention they did me which was so amazing. If you're in the area, make sure to stop by and support this awesome location and tip the staff!

The guy that works through the drive-through has been so nice every time I have come through recently and I normally don’t like to purchase from Starbucks because it’s not a local small business but I’ve been really appreciative because they are training someone and I’ve gotten two drinks, two different times for free. Monday, June 9 2025 11:50 Just walked in to order a coffee and added some photos from my photo shoot. No customers in sight completely empty I think as I walked in one person pulled up through the drive-through. A group of employees about five or six standing gossiping and laughing At God knows what. Right as I decide to walk out is when somebody wants to take my order. I have not had Starbucks in a long time, but I remember Service being a lot better. I guess it was nice that they did greet me as I walked through the door so I guess I got some service. I don’t know. Scrawny little rude kid told us Starbucks has a new policy where we have to be paying customers to sit in the lobby after 5 minutes of sitting in the lobby presumably due to my appearance. Absolutely rude and offensive

We arrived at this location to grab coffee and breakfast before heading out on our road trip. Once we ordered we continued through the drive through to pay and grab our items. We were met at the window by a gentleman named Chris who told us that if we spun our tires again we would not be welcomed back to this location because he "deals with people doing that out on the main road.". Mind you it was 7am......in January... at a whopping 9 degrees. Noone intentionally spun their tires. We will not be returning.

I just stopped to get a tall white chocolate mocha and an egg pesto mozzarella sandwich, I got home, and to my surprise, the coffee cup was half way full and my sandwich didn't have mozzarella in it. What a waste of 12 dollars!!

The workers here are always so kind and are always striking up a conversation. I prefer this Starbucks over any other one in the area. I was just kinda sad today I got a holiday drink but didn’t get my red cup and I saw a stack sitting there!! But overall like I said the workers are always amazing and give a good start to my day:)
