My drink was fine, but ordered a Vente. By the time I pulled out and actually got a drink I realized it was quite light. Took the cover off and it was 3/4 full. Why? I wasn’t turning around that line was a mile long and I needed to be somewhere. Already sat in line over 15 minutes. Please don’t short your beverages. Grafton gave me a full one the day before.
The customer service always exceeds expectations! The baristas are super friendly!
I will go out of my way to go to this location. I usually order online A few times a month. They are always friendly with great attitudes! I ended up going to a different location thinking I would have as good as service nope got ripped off for my free drink. Said it was my free drink for stars n got charged got annoyed that only 1 person is always working n slow. Could have kicked myself in the butt for not going to this location.
