Worst Starbucks I have been to so far in wi. Made my drink wrong 2 times. First they made it hot and then they didn’t andd any caramel. And then when I asked where my caramel was they just gave me a cup of caramel and told me to add it in myself never going there again. And didn’t offer to make another drink

Haven’t been at this location in a while because service was just so so, nothing to brag about.
However, 8/26/25 12:15 pm, I wanted to give kudos to the crew and especially, the lead crew, while I sat sipping my matcha latte and reading.
Scenario: Lunch rush hour, the drive through and customers in the store, a little crowded. The team continue to greet people that came in but what caught my attention during a small break in crowd: “Way to hustle team! Good job!” This made me smile to hear an appreciative cheer and recognition to team.
True customer service starts from the genuineness of team. Keep it up Starbucks crew! My matcha latte was so so but your service spirit made my cup a bit sweeter! Thanks!

Starbucks never disappoints! Stopped in for my caffeine fix, and the baristas were friendly and efficient, even during the morning rush. My drink was made perfectly (extra caramel drizzle just how I like it!), and the atmosphere was great for a quick break. Love that they always get my order right and keep things running smoothly. A solid go-to spot for coffee lovers!
