Im a regular Im not a karen but I had to wait for 7 minutes when I was the only person in the driveway at the moment and today was awful service the manager was not there today clearly and they had more than 7 members on staff and they were all messing around and with there head set and alll of them were looking at me like they knew what they were doing idk if they were o but they are being really slow and the person there at the window they were getting all scrambled because they had four cars after me and I had to wait forever because they were all messing around because of one drink this is bullcrap they need a scolding from the manager to do better training with their co workers because it shouldn't take 7 minutes to take a matcha latte 😤😤😤😑

Parking: I noticed that there isn't a lot of people parking at Starbucks whenever I go to pick up coffee there.
Kid-friendliness: As well as I'm able to there's never been any children there.
Wheelchair accessibility: I have never used a wheelchair and don't need one, but it would be nice to see someone who is in a wheelchair when I go.
