New management is very kind. Good consistent subs. The restaurant is clean. Overall, it was a good experience.

At my most recent visit I experienced bad customer service all the way around . I had a coupon for a foot long deal. The fist employee cut the bread in half and had to be told again I wanted a 12 inch and wanted the sandwich toasted . She handed it to the next person who asked what veggies I wanted and to repeat my request again. Then the check out person rang it up at full price. I mentioned the coupon which she retrived from the waste basket. At my request the meal was placed in a paper bag which broke as I was leaving.The replacement bag broke in the parking lot..The next time I want a sub meal I will either go to a different store or another restaurant. WORST service ever .
There are only two employees at this store that know how to make a damn sandwich.. Not to mention second shift is AWFUL! They don't greet, they dont know how to get through online orders while attending to in store customers, it is getting exhausting coming here... I have walked out 3 times already...

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub with no tomatoes, and to no surprise it came with tomatoes. Took it back and they gave me a completely wrong sandwich. what does it take to make the sandwhich the way i asked and paid for?

Barely any veggies on my sub, other worker doesn't know how to wrap up the sandwiches. Squeezing the sub and try rolling a few times. Couldn't do it so gave it to her other coworker to wrap it up.

The manager can out with an attitude problem demanding to see my dogs support card. I showed it to him, he just handed the card back. If this is the way this place is going to treat people with mental health issue, maybe I should just start going to Jersey Mike's for my subs twice a week if this is how you treat people.

Last few visits at this location the lettuce has been brown and other veggies close to expiring (tomatoes, etc.). Workers try, but you can tell they don't want to be there. And the prices are ridiculous. Just a few years ago I could get a footlong for $6. Now they're $10 after tax? Nothing changed or improved yet Subway decided to double the cost of a sandwich. Not worth it anymore.

Just got a flat bread sub sandwich from here I got home and my first bite I bite down on a black olive pit and damn near broke a tooth. Called the store and the employees there didn't even care. The least the could do is replace the batch and let there vendor
