The most DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was next in line and the lady told me that she would not be able to serve me because she was going on break. I asked to speak to the manager and she said SHE WAS THE MANAGER, I asked to speak to someone above her and she told me that she couldn't give me that info. I asked for her name and she said her name was "TASHA" and she wouldn't give me any other information, this is bad service and as a "manager" why are you not scheduling employees so that the public can still get served when you take your break. How much MONEY is subway losing during those 30+ minutes?!!! This can NOT be good for business and I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE and the picture of HER is attached this is...TASHA š
UPDATE: someone found our youtube channel from this review and commented to leave her REAL NAME, if her name is Jennifer then why would she give me the name TASHA. Also this customer said that she gave them FOOD poisoning by serving slimy veggies. Refer to the photos.

Tried ordering from whom I believe is a manager she was being a little cranky from the start but I was fine just wanting my sub then while I was ordering my sub I added that I wanted it toasted and she said āI already asked thatā in a rude tone, then I asked again if it could be toasted and she put the stuff away and told me and my friends we can leave as she proceeds to walk in the back and not talk to us even when we asked for a name.

I went into subway after a long hard day I had not eat anything in about 48 hours. I came in at 8:55pm (I know late given they close at 9pm, like I said bad day). Mike the manager was nothing short than kind, respectful, thoughtful, and very personable.. he made me laugh and gave me my sub for free? we need more people like him in the world! Thank you Mike and I hope you get something special in return for making a girls day and probably week with just being an amazing human being ā¤ļø

Everytime I walk past this location in the South Side Walmart, there is always just ONE person working there. How can one worker handle doing everything? Wonder what's it's like when there's a big rush. The food has been good here, and we've never had a problem with the service. It's just that I'm real disappointed that Subway expects one employee to do everybody else's job when they're short staffed. Do better, Subway!

Ate here for dinner then half way threw my shift at work was vomiting everywhere now 3 days later my stomach is still very unhappy. Food is absolutely furthest from fresh you can get.

First I ordered a pizza sub and on it they put very wet and watery marinara sauce on it then when they toasted it they had to do that twice because āthe oven isnāt working todayā. The store was disgusting and I was very disappointed that they put a Disgusting non clean messy place. She even judged my order when I asked for no vegetables on my sub she scuffed and said āreally wow you sureā and she wouldnāt stop asking if I would want vegetables. It took her about 5 min just to ring up to subs. I would NOT Recommend this place. Iām probably going to get sick. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Worst customer service ever. Iāve tried THREE times to order something from this lady but she is rude and gets annoyed when asked about anything, plus is always laying on the food which is unmotivating.I can only buy when the other girl is there. Please avoid this location and even more so if you don't want to deal with racist people acting like they don't understand what you say.
