This is the worse experience I have ever had at a subway..I had to settle for veggies that I didn't want. There were no peppers and I could not get the sub I want e because there were no meatballs prepped. Terrible service

I came in with my husband waiting in line behind an elderly gentleman waiting to order. Once the manager finally acknowledged him he said he had a coupon to use and offered it to her. She said I don’t need that and asked him what he wanted. He was very clearly hard of hearing and was not understanding what she was asking him. She continued to yell at him saying what do you want and what kind of sandwich do you want until I said something to my husband about offering to help him when the other associate working, Brody, stepped in the help out. Brody tried his best to help communicate and make the situation easier while the manager just continued to yell at the customer and complain about other online orders. The entire time we were in the store the manager was short and rude with myself, my husband and the elderly gentleman and she continuously complained about other online orders saying that they were pissing her off and she would do theirs last because they can wait. The whole situation was frustrating and extremely uncomfortable, my husband asked if we should just leave multiple times because of how ridiculous she was being. Their only upside to their service was the younger boy Brody that was working and trying to make the atmosphere more comfortable. There’s another review about this same manager, we’ve been told that she is the GM of this location which gives me little hope that she would be reprimanded or fired even though she should be!

They just need to pay more attention to details. I've had food missing before. Or like today order through Uber eats and they didn't put two veggies I asked for on my sub. My dasher informed me a change in my drink, but no one mentioned if they were out of what my sandwich was lacking...

The most DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE EVER! I was next in line when the employee told me she couldn’t serve me because she was going on break. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed SHE WAS THE MANAGER. I then requested contact information for someone above her, and she refused to provide it. When I asked for her name, she said it was "Tasha" but refused to give me any other details.

This is unacceptable service. As a "manager," it’s your responsibility to ensure the public is still served while you take your break. How much MONEY is Subway losing during those 30+ minutes of downtime? This cannot be good for business. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE, and I’ve attached a picture of her—this is "Tasha." 👀

UPDATE: someone found our youtube channel from this review and commented to leave her REAL NAME, if her name is Jennifer then why would she give me the name TASHA. Also this customer said that she gave them FOOD poisoning by serving slimy veggies. Refer to the photos.
