I would give no stars if I could. We waited well over a half an hour for our food. People coming in and out, Dashers and other customers getting their orders before us while we were sitting there waiting. I went to the counter and asked for a refund and the lady flat out told me no. I asked why and she said because I have food to make and walked away from me. She then proceeded to yell at another employee to come give me my money back. Will not be going back here.

Brandy went above and beyond for me and was incredibly respectful and made 1000% sure that my order was exactly to my standards I believe she deserves a raise and I've missed having service

i absolutely love taco bell and it kind of sucks seeing how this one’s been going throughout the years. i completely understand when places are understaffed and takes a little longer to receive my food but throughout the past 3 months ive been picking up an order or order through drive through it takes 10-30 minutes. as well as i have requested extra on some burritos and don’t receive and a lot of the time even forgetting stuff. again, i work in food industry so i understand mistakes but its a lot. i had ordered a chicken wrap with VERY little chicken.. for $3. hopefully it gets better but the chicken wraps should not be $3 if i’m barely receiving the chicken itself. hopefully it gets better and things start changing but so far it doesn’t look like it.

Temperature was 40 degrees at the most . We waited 30 minutes for our food, and the dining area was extremely dirty. Don’t recommend this Taco Bell.

I’m not surprised by all the negative reviews for this store, I’ve come a few times, I work near by, and each time I’ve been here the older lady in the drive thru window has always had an attitude with me, her customer service is terrible. If you’re thinking about coming here, save your time and don’t because there’s better places in the area.

They gave me the wrong bag so went back through the drive thru. They looked at me like I was on drugs and gave me my actual order. Apparently they didn't hear what the second item was because it was totally different than what I said.
You have got to be kidding..I go through the drive thru and was told I couldnt order anything..only way to order was through the app. I said I dont have the app, he said you download it. I pulled away and downloaded the app. Then I struggled because you couldnt order unless you signed up fir a rewards program, having to enter all your info. Then I order my food and couldnt get back to order my drink.. I went back thru the drive through and since I was the only one around the employee said come around and he'll help me...he couldnt so it either, so he just asked me what i wanted and ordered it like the old days when you go through a drive thru...all this took about 35 mjnutes..all for a crispy chicken burrito! My my, bring back the old fashioned way, ordering at the speaker..

Waited for a full hr in the drive thru to get my food, after paying I waited 15 mins. Saw an employee kick a soda cup and then get in his car to leave and peel out the parking lot so idk if he walked out on his shift but this took forever and I couldn’t back out due to the cars behind me. Despite the overwhelming negative reviews I was going to give this Taco Bell a shot but a locked lobby at 7:40pm on a monday just sent me. Bogus. Not all of us have the privilege of having a car either.

Waited an hour. Not exaggerating at all. Was in the drive thru for 1 hour from when we pulled up to when we got our food. As we were waiting for our food we could see 2 employees that were just standing talk to each other and there was a crazy long line still behind us.
