We ordered and waited over half an hour for our food, and in this time multiple people came in, ordered, got their food, and the drive through was flowing. Someone who had ordered after us was offered free food and a drink for the wait.

I love Taco Bell, it is one of my favorite restaurants and I don’t even care for tacos that much but Taco Bell is something else. The workers are very nice and the food here is very good, the only reason I didn’t leave a perfect review is because some of the tables are a little dirty

Ordered a luxe box... nothing was correct...somehow ended up with a plain only meat chalupa...paid for all these extras. Ordered a soft shell delux which costs extra.. got a plain hardshell only meat. Asked for a grilled burrito part of the box...was only a soft shell with cheese in it. I'm so disappointed and frustrated and hungry ..wth. Called the store and got laughed at and hung up on. He stated he was too busy to deal with this.

I usually stop here after an exhausting shopping trip to Ross Department Store which is on the other side of the parking lot.
Last time I stopped, it was a weekday morning just after 11 AM. No one was there, lights were off, WTF?!
I like the option to order at a kiosk, much quicker.
I usually just get the refried beans and some chips. Portion size gets smaller every time I order. I also had unsweetened iced tea, which I threw away. It tasted awful, like chemicals. Made me wonder when they last cleaned out the container.
Service? They are just doing their thing. Call your name and hand over the food. No smile, no warmth, just the usual fast food attitude we're all used to
Of course I will be back. It's Taco Bell. It's cheap and quick and if you don't expect much, you will be fine.
i ordered a hard shell taco and a stacker, and they were so full with the toppings. i haven’t been to a taco bell where they actually filled the taco. it tastes fresher than other places. the service was easy, nice and fast!
