My cantina chicken quesadilla was not put it a box like was meant to be, instead it was half-ass wrapped in a sheet of their weird brown parchment paper with half of the quesadilla just hanging out. I got half way through the second piece when I started to think it didn’t taste right and then got sick a few hours later. I’m not going here again for a while.

They never fail to mess up my order. I have dietary restrictions and cannot have tomatoes and they always put tomatoes on and I never realize until i’m home. Now I’m home, no food, crying over a messed up Crunchwrap. 0/10, would go again for a crunchwrap, but will most likely be disappointed again..

Unfortunately my order was messed up, but overall I really like the double cheeseburger burrito thing. The cheesy fiesta fries are great!
Ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla and a nacho cheesy Gordita and they gave me regular ones and told me to come back and bring a receipt like I’m not across the city and gonna waste my gas to get a replacement just do better how about that

Worker taking order doesn’t want to do her job the correct way finishing a drive through order before we were done ordering, without asking if we would like anything else. When we said we weren’t done ordering she got upset. The customer is always right don’t talk to customers like that. And stop finished the orders like it’s a race I never said that’s it I never said I was done ordering. Now you lost a customer and made yourself look unprofessional flipping us off as we left. I hope you fire whoever is working the drive through around 1:30pm. Unreal.

I waited 30 minutes for my three items (burrito, chips, drink) and that was really upsetting. Luckily, there was one employee who seemed to know what she was doing and took the lead with the employees in the back and calling over a manager who was not doing anything during the rush to get things done. I don't know her name but she had these beautiful long box braid/thick braids. She deserves a raise for how hard she was working.

HORRIBLE! Whoever owns this location needs to seriously think about who they hire and get some respectable people to work here. Absolute garbage location. Have never had a good experience here but this time was bad enough to leave a review. Get some people with a brain working here and maybe you won’t have a horrible image and a novels worth of bad reviews.

When did it become so expensive almost $7 for a steak chalupa and driving extra to try this one cuz the one by me was out of steak and cheese how do u run out Guess I should of checked the price before driving across town
