They were out of a lot of items when I went to order through the drive-thru. Ordered a Frozen Baja Blast Dream. Got to the window and lady hands me a normal baja blast freeze. I asked her if it was correct that it was the dream and she tells me "we don't sell those here". Very rude.

One of the cleaner Taco Bells. Food was fast and hot. Friendly staff. I ordered with the app, so communication was minimal. Perfect. I can only give 4 stars because the food is fast food and the atmosphere, well, it's fast-food. BOGO dipping burritos was a great deal.

I feel like it’s a 50/50 chance they’re going to mess up your order here. I’m so hesitant to ever order from Taco Bell for this reason. They forgot 2 of our hard shell beef tacos, our cantina chicken taco, and gave us a random fiesta potato taco that we didn’t even order?? Whoever was managing the store the other night was amazing, idk what happened tonight.

Let me start with I HAD A ROACH IN MY DRINK!! And I honestly wish I was lying but I’m not. People that work there seem like they don’t even wanna be there, makes it uncomfortable and unpleasant for customers. Drive through took me 30 minutes to get through…There were 4 cars there.

Asked for no guacamole, got guacamole. My cantina bowl had nothing but shredded lettuce cheese and rice? Asked for cinnamon twists, got none. Asked for burrito sauce on the side, got no sauce. The soda (Starry) machine is clearly broken. Someone close this location already they do not care at allllll.

Yo why is the lobby locked at 6:30 at night?!?!?! Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and nothing moved. What is going on here????
Idk why this taco bell is so slow, I waited about 15 mins to get to the speaker. Then they had us wait 5 mins. Then they almost gave me the wrong order, then when they gave me correct ones. My chicken enchilada burrito had half beef in it? Then my other tacos didn't have sour cream like I ordered. I wouldn't normally complain but this whole thing was rather ridiculous for a few tacos.
This Taco Bell needs to learn to work better on their drive through service. They take so long just to take peoples orders. Especially if they don’t even open their dine in tables. It’s takes almost 10+ minutes just to wait in the drive through line. And they make you wait 5-10min just to take your orders.
