We had the most wonderful experience with our server, Fako. By far the most genuinely kind human we have ever met. He paid attention to every word you said, repeated everything for understanding, apologized for interrupting conversation, checked in on us many times, and had an over all lovely demeanor. We walked out the door absolutely floored by how wonderful our Christmas Eve experience was. Thank you!

We waited an hour and 15 min for our food with no updates from the waiter. The waiter sat in a booth near the bar area. No check ins on if we needed anything. Finally when I stood up to ask the hostess for an update on our food, our waiter comes out with our food and noted that due to the 20oz steak, “it took long”. With no accommodation or apology for the wait. While passing us the food, our waiter almost drops the mash potatoes, only saving it by touching the rim of the mash potatoes which we just scrapped off since it took so long to get the food. We didn’t want to risk having to wait longer for the food. The waiter’s nails were long (inch passed fingertips) and dirty in appearance. The mash order was plain with just bacon but came out with butter no bacon.

We had a server that we have not had before. Fiko was incredible. Attentive, kind, quick, and exceptional. TRH needs more servers like Fiko.

We had a group of 11 and 4 Meals were not good. They served us raw chicken and a steak that was black charcoal. The manager came out and was rude. She was mad at us for there being hair in two dishes. I had green beans and they tasted like vinegar. I ended up getting sick the same night.

I’ll start by saying I am normally a huge fan of Texas Roadhouse but tonight the meal and the service were Awful.
Our food took over 65 minutes to come out after we ordered.
The Pork chops and the Filet were both over cooked and dried out.
The blooming onion was swimming in grease.
And to top it off the waitress was unfriendly and even rude when I brought it to her attention.
I certainly won’t be going back to the Sheboygan WI location ever again.

Nice place. Typical roadhouse. Good food. It’s a little noisy but typical of most restaurants.

Went there and ordered snake bites as an appetizer. The waitress asked how we wanted the snake bites cooked. My boyfriend told her he was unaware there were different ways to cook them. When she came back, she brought steak bites instead and asked if we were sure we wanted the steak bites. We said no, we wanted snake bites. I ordered the salmon which was very overcooked. Boyfriend's burger was very overdone as well. Waitress never asked us how our food was. The salad, mashed potatoes, and rolls were the only things that were good.

I loved Texas Roadhouse! For my food, I got a Chili Cheese dog with Mashed Potatoes, which was really good! The service was amazing, they served us right away and gave us everything we needed. The atmoshpere was cool, they had football games playing, fun neon lights everywhere. Love this place.

November 11, 2025. While waiting to be seated, the woman taking names at the host stand was incredibly rude to an elderly gentleman in line ahead of us. She told him to sit at the bar since he was alone, and when he politely asked for a booth, she snapped at him and curtly pointed to the waiting area, telling him he would have to wait. The gentleman was wearing a veteran hat indicating he was a Marine and appeared to be over 80 years old. As a proud military family—my husband is active-reserve—we were there to celebrate him and all veterans that evening. Witnessing such disrespect toward an elderly veteran was deeply disappointing. After putting our name in, I noticed veteran bracelets on the counter and picked one up to show my husband. The same woman then slapped her hand down and sharply said, “That’s a $2 donation.” Her tone was unnecessarily aggressive and off-putting. At that point, we decided to leave. We’ve had both good and bad experiences at this location over the years, but after what we witnessed and experienced last night, we will not be returning. I understand one family choosing not to return may not impact a large company, but I sincerely hope this feedback prompts a reminder to staff that Veterans Day is about honoring and showing gratitude to those who have served—and that kindness should never be sacrificed, no matter how busy the restaurant is. I hope appropriate steps are taken to address this matter and ensure that all guests, especially our veterans, are treated with the respect they deserve.
