I have been coming to the Beacon restaurant for over 15 years and I have never had a worst meal in my entire life. Food quality was horrible menu very limited. They need to figure things out, and when I went to say something to the waitress who, by the way was amazing and very attentive, she told the chef and the manager And that was the end of it. Nothing was done about it. $450 later for the worst meal we’ve ever had.

Ordered one of their most expensive plates, the steak, and asked to have it cooked medium rare. It came out well done, dry. I am not usually the person to send anything back...I have small kids and time is of the essence when eating out. So I politely ask to have it sent back. After 15 minutes or so, it came back out uncooked, and the color purple. This was beyond rare lol. I couldn't eat it, just left it. Oh and the side of brocoli on my plate was yellowed... potatoes were essentially unedible due to being so overcooked.
My wife ordered the blackened salmon and the sides were laughable. The main side of rice was absolutely disgusting. I'm not even sure if that truly was rice.
They gave me a measly $10 off my final check and our waitress was great, however, I cannot EVER recommend anybody go eat here during their stay.

I have been going to this restaurant for about 8 years now and the food has never been this bad. They have completely changed the menu to food that is mediocre at its best. The menu is very small with very few choices in which none of the items really catches your eye on a really good choice. The menu before it was changed was AMAZING, with lots of handhelds, a range of fish, salads. I highly recommend them figuring out how they can change their menu back to food that people like.

We order seafood boil. The plate had crab, mussels, crab legs, and other stuff. The mussels weren't open. The crab legs didn't come with something to get out of the shell, but they said to use our hands and they are new to the menu and the items are supposed to come next day. The manager was only interested if the taste ok and said the mussels are precooked and are safe to eat. I would not recommend anybody going there unless that is the only place left in the world.

Not one customer was at the restaurant. Staff had nothing going on. So how our order went so unnoticed and unchecked for quality I don’t understand. We ordered the perch to go. We didn’t get any coleslaw, rye bread, tartar sauce or the ketchup we requested. But they did give us like 30 lemon slices we didn’t need. Also that’s 100% not perch. It’s some type of fish but for sure not perch. Not worth the $26 per plate.
Edgar is awesome; very personable and great with kids. Also, very on top of his tables needs and is always rounding to make sure things are going as superb as the atmosphere!

We came for the Lenten Friday fish fry. The food was delicious, served on time. We ordered drinks; they came quickly. The staff was courteous and attentive. We will return! A great experience!
The food was pretty gross and was not hot when it arrived. My caesar salad had moldy tomatoes on it, and the dressing was sweet. 🤢 My kiddo's hot dog was a little too charred. Definitely not the same caliber as the resort.
Mainly a bar with a small food menu. We had chicken, which was quite good. It has a big screen tv and we watched some of Monday Night Football.
Soup was warm. The pesto Pizza did not have pesto sauce it just a few sprinkles of basil. It was warm. Crust was not very good. Turkey club salad did not have turkey. Service was not good. Ordered chocolate milk for my daughter and they brought lemonade. Did not bring red pepper flakes and no one around to ask… Definitely not worth the price. Location is good as this restaurant is inside the Blue Harbor Resort.
I got an omelet that was over done and the Belgium waffle my wife got was soft and seemed old. Waitresses were half asleep and didn't care. Was shocking inside an otherwise great resort
