I cant count the times I ordered a pizza from Theo's. I never had a issue . Today though the pizza I received was cold and the crust was wrong. I called the restraunt and I thought I was going to have a problem with my complaint, nope the manager was very apologetic and offered to make me another pizza or if didnt want to go back out he would mail me a voucher.
